A great time!

The beds are sooooo cozy, kitchen has everything I needed. Room was clean and nice. Met some nice Kiwis. Had a great time!!! Walking distance to downtown. Trina and Fran are very hospitable and quite friendly. If I come back to Nelson NZ will stay here again for sure!!!!

A VERY UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE.

DO NOT BE ELUDED BY THE LOWEST PRICES. THE PLACE HAS HORRIBLE ATTENDANCE. THEY SCREAM AT THEIR OWN CLIENTS, BEING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMPOLITE.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN REQUESTED. THE PLACE IS VERY DIRTY, THE TOILETS AND KITCHEN HAVE FLIES. THE ROOMS ARE OVERPACKED WITH BAD-LOOKING PEOPLE, WHO MAKE USE OF WEED IN A DAY LIGHT AS I NOTICED WITH MY OWN EYES. DEFINITELY A PLACE TO BE AVOIDED BY ANY MEANS!

Had a private room which was clean and very comfortable. Cosy too. Only spent two nights but would’ve been happy there on a long trip. The shared areas were great too, especially for socialising. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent affordable and close to town

Nice knowledgable staff, clean cute rooms, weekly rates for people staying a while, Bike hire, great kitchen and laundry, Also only a fifteen minute walk to Nelson CBD and Victory park is just around the cornerm. Highly recommend.

Staffs are polite and friendly, but the manager is rude.

Staffs are polite and friendly, but the manager is rude. The manager didn’t trained her staffs properly and there is no onboard notice about charging the luggage storage service. She even wants to charge one more day. I think it’s unfair to not disclose the guests everything that requires extra charges.
環境與價格成正比吧，員工服務態度也不錯，唯一的敗筆就是經理服務太差。我們退房後詢問可否寄放行李，職員指示我們可以存放，只需第二天12點前取回即可。待我們回到住宿，經理卻告訴我們需要逐個行李收費，並且還企圖多收我們一天的錢。如若提前告知需要收費，我們可以選擇是否寄放也無需趕在12點前取回。當我們詢問為何不是在寄放前告知需要收費和哪裡可以知道收費項目時，經理態度十分惡劣，只是毫無誠意的講I’m sorry。另外，附帶廁所的洗澡間很骯髒，洗澡間的浴簾沒有辦法遮住全部。食物放在廚房桌子上，只是回房收拾了一下行李就被丟掉了。對住宿的整體印象就是，除了女經理外的員工服務態度友善，環境看上去不錯外，最後行李的處理方式讓整個旅程都沒有心情了。
