The hotel is very old and once you get to your floor theres many stains on the carpets and there was mold in our bathroom walls. The linen in our bed was 2 sheets (one to cover the mattress and one to cover ourselves). The linen seems old and there was no mattress protection.
The room was big compared to other places so that was nice, besides that theres nothing special in here.

The location and staff were great; the rooms were clean. However, the rooms were very small. With 2 average size Americans in the room, you'd have to sit on bed to let the other pass by. The bathrooms were tiny. The commode faces the wall so if you're tall your knees will hit the wall. It felt as if in a camper. The lobby was not an area for comfortable seating. Just a small microwave, water dispenser and hot water pot.

My wife had a very stressful experience with the counter staff,while checking in,i was waiting at the parking area with our kids.she forgot to bring the QR code which is at my cellphone.she lined for check in,when she approached the front desk staff ,she shouted at her to go to the machine and dó the check in there,while she attended other normally,and attended other incoming costumers.but then again my wife wanted to ask something but then again she treated her badly with irritated face.so my wife just checked in by the machine ,other staff was polite and helpful.then my wife told me that this is not the first time that staff treated her that way,I wonder why she still there isn’t anyone having issue about her? Cause seriously,before that staff came my wife stayed there for one and got no issues,even some other days we got no issues.im concerned since we like this hotel because of the location and ambiance and spacious room.hope they check their employees behavior before attending costumers.my wife got traumatized.

The room was spacious but the carpet seemed a bit dirty. There was an iron shaped burned on it (which I found kinda funny) The heater/air conditioning was not available for guests which was not too bad since it’s not too hot yet but I woke up at night because I was sweating and the only solution was to open the window. Unfortunately, it was very loud outside. My main complaint is that the one pillow provided was incredibly hard and I couldn’t sleep properly. :( but still great location and an okay hotel overall.
