The Inn of Good Taste

I've never found a structure so accurate in every detail: rooms (we were in a suite), common areas, food and service.
We had dinner, slept and had breakfast. All parts of the Hotel deserve top marks. A particular note of praise goes to the "Mistress of the House" Maria who guarantees with her careful and discreet presence that the whole structure is at the service of the well-being of lucky guests

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WRITE IN THE REVIEW!!!!! OTHERWISE THE OWNER, WHEN YOU COME BACK, TAKES YOU AND STICKS YOU!!!

I state that, together with my wife and our two children, we were now regular customers of the structure for about 2 and a half years; as soon as there was an opportunity you would escape there because the place is nice... but I repeat, WE WERE customers...
As you can see from the attached photo, in February of this year my wife and I spent two days at the property and, upon returning from our mini vacation, booking asked me to give a review about it. Which, of course, I did with pleasure, as I could only speak well about it.
Unfortunately, however, today there was an unpleasant and very sad episode, because, when paying the bill for this last stay consumed in the days between yesterday and today, the reception was waiting for us the owner, who, with a rude and arrogant tone, made me weigh and, at times, verbally attacked me on my comment reported in the Booking review, inventing excuses about the fact that regarding the mattresses many customers who stayed there asked interested in the brand (sorry that I had heard given in the past...) and that the towels were in the other closet (which is not true because, both my wife and I, we searched everywhere but without success...).
Apart from the fact that, as you can see for yourself, my review was more than positive (8 out of 10)...but I wonder:
How dare you make an observation to your client?
And then, if he does not know how to accept criticism -which by the way was meant to be constructive-, it means that this person is unprofessional and above all that he is not suitable for this work and contact with the public, especially today where reviews on the web are the basis of all commercial activities and not...
In conclusion I can write this:
I had decided to take my wife away from everyday reality to spend two special days together, since IT WAS OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY... and instead we left there full of rancor and contempt following the comments of this lady who, in my opinion, as well as my wife, should learn to bite her tongue...
As stated also to the same interested party, thanks to its misplaced attitude, today the Locanda dell'arte has lost two customers...
P.s.: attached I also left the notification of my bank to prove that I stayed there these days

Enchanting location and nothing short of excellent structure, with attention to the smallest details. Very welcoming and spacious rooms, cleanliness top marks!!! For those who want to relax and unplug surrounded by nature. The beautiful Locanda also has a swimming pool with SPA to complete a relaxing day.
What can I say, we will definitely return because we fell in love with it at the first moment and I highly recommend it!!! Staff prepared and very helpful in giving all the information on the Monferrato area❤

Fantastic!

We just spent the night here e we wouldn’t want to leave! The place is very cute, our room was nice and clean, and the entire location is really beautiful and elegant with a fantastic view. The restaurant is great too, the food was delicious and we were also able to take with us our ! We would really like to come back soon, cheers to everyone!

A WONDERFUL weekend

We wanted to spend a weekend in complete tranquility. We chose the inn and we must say that never was a more appropriate choice. Lovely place. Modern and very clean structure. Impeccable services. On Saturday evening we enjoyed the local culinary delights cooked by the chef and served by highly qualified staff who welcomed and pampered us the entire time. Highly recommended
