A fabulous week
We stayed from 5/07 to 12/07
I would have to say a lot of things, starting from the very kind personal Welcoming from the manager to the waiters to the cleaning girl to the entire staff! The excellent cuisine definitely comes down with a few extra kilos! Panorama perfect relaxation, nice playground outside x children super space to ride your bike.
Beautiful and comfortable rooms for families
We will definitely be back soon.

Services definitely to be improved.
We stayed for 6 nights in this hotel, there are several points to list in this review: as a first point the beds are scandalous in a double room we found this structure with wire mesh that had been put over a wooden board that at the slightest movement made an absurd noise that at night did not let us rest, also, having put two single mattresses, during the night, these moved and spent you ended up in the middle between both mattresses. On the hotel website it says that "all" rooms have a balcony / terrace, but this is not the case. There is no lift in the property, so elderly people or people with walking problems had great difficulty climbing the stairs to the rooms. For breakfast there is little choice, since it is not a buffet breakfast, otherwise you will already find at the table an empty brioche each (I think cmq made by them) a piece of cake or tart made by them (I think) and rusks with jams packaged of your choice and then you can choose the drink of the bar (coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc.) there is no choice for a savory or healthier breakfast. The portions for lunch and dinner are very plentiful, several good dishes, but for those staying for several days in the structure, the issue becomes monotonous because now the dishes are always those (green noodles with mushrooms, braised meat that was offered every day both lunch and dinner, vegetables always cooked with peas with carrots, green beans and sometimes potatoes, and so other dishes but always the same and if you maybe asked for a simple salad because now you no longer wanted the same dishes was not available. Basically there was no possibility of having any fresh vegetables (side dish) or the possibility of ordering a fruit (there was no watermelon, no fruit whatsoever). Being a structure that declares itself pet friendly I would have expected at least a small dog area (fenced area) where maybe you can stay when you are not around with your dog (in front of the hotel there is space to be able to offer such an area). Surely there are some finishes missing (hair dryer, hangers in the bathroom, a foam bathroom door inside the shower) some rooms do not even have the closet and have a simple metal structure that is covered by a type of plastic sheet, type DIY, do not even have a coffee table or mini desk where to place some small appliance. The hotel provides a nice view and there are nice trails around to take walks in the woods. Given the experience of the rooms I honestly do not know if we will return, because we could not sleep well given the uncomfortableness of the bed, shame because they could offer a great choice given the favorable location.

Balcony of Ormea
We arrived on Friday 11/04, as soon as it had opened. Andrea welcomed us, immediately welcoming and nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. We went down to have dinner and Andrea immediately prepared an aperitif then tasted first and second courses. All super!!! Large portions. For the next day, continuing the balcony of omea, he prepared us a packed lunch. Local recommended especially for the management of Andrea!!! Go there!

I highly recommend the Payarin Hotel for any stay both summer and winter.

A nice surprise!
Last Sunday a nice surprise, great food and portions very abbondanti.Nonostante the room was full service was excellent, very good waiters, all very young boys, very attentive and gentilessimi.Complimenti
