An eighteenth TOP

My daughter celebrated her eighteenth birthday at the restaurant “Il Castelletto” in the Torre room.
The staff dedicated to the room, was distinguished by courtesy, availability and sympathy, specifically Mr. Hani, who followed the event; the aperitif was plentiful and with quality food appreciated by all guests.
The environment was elegant and welcoming and everything met the expectations of the birthday girl and friends invited.
The organization of the party, followed from start to finish by Mrs. Alessia l, was impeccable!
We absolutely recommend the experience to everyone

Christmas lunch with surprise on our unwelcome arrival

I state that I have been a loyal customer for years now me and my family but aimé, this year it 'did not go really well. We booked for Christmas lunch as every year, and as usual we requested a secluded corner table x be quiet 1 xchè with us we take our little dog and x respect for other guests / waiters and a tranquility even ours we have always found very comfortable staying in private corners and the 2'xun reason +personal , only that on our arrival without even having had the correctness to notify us first by email / tel we found ourselves in a central table in front of the console (imagine) , I asked for explanations and I was just told look sorry but we had a problem and we put it there ... practically ruined day, with regular customers I would have used more correctness not to do us at the last this surprise .... if then the director wants to deepen the 2'motivation (the one that created many + inconveniences) more specifically in private available ... will be a case I do not know... every year I always receive the review questionnaire evaluating how we found ourselves but strangely this year nothing, email received but without form .. I have reported several times but to date it has not been sent to me anymore... I am sorry I had to write this publicly here but I was told by email after my 3 report that they had problems with the link and that I could have exposed my review on the site... there you go.. I state that the structure director and lunch is all very welcome but we would not be many years their customers but aimé after this surprise received I doubt a little 'in a future booking, because if we agree on one thing I do not find correct arrive and end up elsewhere creating many inconveniences to us all..... unfortunately it was not a nice afternoon unlike all previous years, honestly I would like to explain the problems we had to the director ... then I wonder, how come, why this impropriety? I would still like to explain it sincerely, x I also happened ... x.

Not worth it

Good morning,
I stayed on New Year's Eve so 31/12, in the Shanghai suite.
First of all in the room it was 28/29 degrees and we had to ask the reception to lower it because you can not alone.
Secondly, it said that on New Year’s Eve it included a bottle, a balloon kit and some chef’s treats.
The bottle was hot because THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING.
The balloon kit was absolutely not there, there was only ONE BALLOON, which was supposed to stand on but was on the ground. The chef's treats were THREE COOKIES, very good though.
The shutter/shutter pulled up but struggled to get down.
Not to mention breakfast the next day.
Very poor buffet with dishes and cutlery all dirty.
For the money we spent, it's really not worth it.
Although very nice room, well kept and clean.
Reception and very friendly staff.

Magical peace

We loved everything, the hotel is so unique and luxurious!!! More ideal for couples as we booked a teamed room ( Egypt) it was as so romantic and magical. If you book it direct from the site you’ll see some packages and offers. This hotel is ideal for people or couples who wanted to relax but in a unique way.

Never again!

My partner and I stayed for one night in this hotel. Reluctantly I would say bad experience regarding hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Ours was a suite, number 101. Really nice but a lot of dust that you could smell especially from the curtains. We had to kill 4 bugs coming from the curtains and precise with the windows always closed. In the bathroom there was hair on the ground that was not mine. I'm sure I was wrong not to take pictures, but whoever cleans the room will surely find the cemetery of murdered bugs. I was also wrong not to complain but as we came from Switzerland my partner fell asleep immediately.
Anyway for a 4-star hotel I would say quite serious.

Ci teniamo molto alla pulizia delle camere e al comfort degli ospiti, motivo per cui le sue segnalazioni ci colpiscono e vengono prese con la massima serietà. Abbiamo già provveduto a verificare la suite da lei indicata e ad intervenire immediatamente con il nostro reparto housekeeping per evitare che situazioni simili possano ripetersi.
Avremmo davvero voluto poter rimediare durante il vostro soggiorno: il nostro staff è sempre disponibile e pronto ad offrire un cambio camera o un intervento immediato, anche a tarda sera. Ci dispiace che la stanchezza del viaggio vi abbia spinto al riposo e comprendiamo perfettamente la situazione.
La contatteremo in privato per scusarci personalmente e proporle una soluzione dedicata: la invitiamo a darci un’altra opportunità per dimostrarle il livello di ospitalità che normalmente ci contraddistingue.
