Coerenza e serietà....
al momento della prenotazione risultava vuota.
Chiamo per chiedere ulteriori spiegazioni, e loro continuano giustificandosi così, dicendo che il pagamento va effettuato prima, che sicuramente avevo ricevuto qualche email che mi avvisava della prenotazione cancellata. Riprovo allora a prenotare per dei giorni X è questo è quello che mi esce alla voce pagamento. Ai posteri l'ardua sentenza....
