Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the delay in room service, the issue with the washroom faucet, and the unpleasant odor in the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard of hospitality we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and immediate corrective measures are being taken to avoid such situations in the future.
Regarding the hotel approach and room size, we understand your concern and appreciate your honest feedback. Guest reviews like yours help us improve our services and facilities continuously.
We truly value your stay and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
Warm regards,

Two days in Varanasi
Always attentive. It's clean and organized. They always asked me how I was or if I needed anything uninvaded.
Very good location especially if traveling alone. I felt safe and comfortable.
I recommend it
