Kottayam gets grander with Kottayam Grand

A new hotel on the block . Very clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and make sure that you are comfortable. The rooms are extremely practical. The hotel is in the middle of the town .
The food that the restaurant of Kottayam Grand serves is very tasty and the restaurant staff are extremely courteous. The restaurant Manager is a Lady who's name I forgot to get , she's so efficient and ensures that the needs of her guests are provided and she makes sure that quality food is served. Her efficiency and effectiveness kind of makes her stand out in the crowd. She's a real asset to this hotel.
If anyone were to go by Kottayam a visit to this property is worth it.

One of the best hotels in kerala!

Stands out for cleanliness, ambiance, hospitality and super food. Their thali meals prepared by chef Jomon is out of the world. Wonderful staff like Anandakrishnan and Vishnu are like icing on the cake!
