HAPPY STAYS

HAD A WONERFULL STAY AT THIS HOTEL ..FOOD WAS VERY TASTY AND HEALTHY ..HATS OFF TO THE staff for PROVIDING wonderfull dervice.......overall experiance was great stay and we wish to stay here further and wish to refer it....

Highly disappointed

Booked 4 rooms 1 month prior. But when guests arrived only 2 rooms were provided. After calling n number of times another room was issued. No professionalism, irresponsible. It was embarrassing in front of our guests. Think before booking.

Convenient and clean

We had booked 2 rooms for a night. The booking procedure was fully on Whatsapp. Manager Mr Sumukh was very helpful throughout. We had booked basic rooms and these were spacious and clean. The location is just on the Bangalore Mysore highway- very convenient stopover- either proceeding to or returning from Wayanad, Kerala. The roof top restaurant served good buffet breakfast. There are other eateries too nearby that serve good meals.
A foldable cot was provided as we were three persons in the room.

Fairly new hotel, good restaurant

Fast check in, neat lobby and well kept room. However the linen looked worn out and dull. We took a superior room which had only basic facilities. The table and the side tables dis not have any drawers. The toilet was provided with basic toileteries including a comb. The telephone was not working and there was no inhouse drectory in the room. So had to call the reception on direct line using my mobile. The room service was dead slow. But the restaurant on the top floor was huge, spacious, well furnished with a nice bar counter. They offered South and north Indian dishes. The food was really good and the table service professional. The pricing was reasonable.
The facilities offered by the hotel include complimentary breakfast, free wifi and 24 hours check in and check out and the room tariff looked reasonable. Except for the dead slow room service, this hotel looked good for staying while in Mandya. This is located at the entrance of the city on the the Mysore - Bangalore highway.
Overall nice experience and would definitely consider visiting this place again subject to they improve their room service. They offer covered as well as open car parking.

An awesome Hotel for a family

A lovely place ,with superb food clean spice and span and welcoming and courteous staff.
, Reasonably priced and worth more than u bargain for.The photo below is a thumbs for any traveller who wants to chill after a long days ride
