One night

It was great. We checked in a bit early. The room was very clean. Entire hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Only had a bit of issue with the TV amd cable. Me and my son enjoyed the pool. My husband enjoyed the Sunday's brunch.

Grand coastal is the worst .

Absolutely horrid and misleading. When we booked the deluxe queen room we were told there's a complimentary breakfast .however the following morning we were told that wasn't the case. The bathroom happens to be a bathtub ; a very tiny space where its either you let the shower curtain touch your skin or risk the entire bathroom being flooded. The bar was closed at 10 pm even though they are guests at the hotel..the place is atrocious. We even checked out before time because the vacation was completely ruined .

We reviewed the information available to our Front Desk team but were unable to identify a reservation or any record of these concerns being reported during the stay. Regarding breakfast, our room reservations do not include complimentary breakfast unless specifically stated as part of the booking. Grand Coastal Hotel also operates according to policies designed to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for all guests. While some travelers enjoy late-night entertainment, many others choose our property specifically for its relaxed atmosphere and quiet evenings. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the bathroom setup. We would have welcomed the opportunity to clarify or address these matters during your stay, as concerns not brought to our attention while a guest is on property cannot be investigated or resolved during the stay.
We remain committed to providing a comfortable and reliable experience for our guests.

Quick Trip with Family

Overall it was good stay. Reception was very helpful. My kids liked the hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone taking a trip out of Ogle since it's close to the airport.

Top notch hotel & staff

Special thanks to the staff at grand coastal ! Brian, Rommel, Kevin. Operah , Charlene , leshawn, Ryan, Daniel and mark to name a few. 5 stars all around to the entire staff ! Thank you ! Delicious food & great drinks and professionalism

Excellent time at GCH

Excellent service. Excellent restaurant and bar. All staff were attentive to our needs. Felt safe and secure at all times.
