Simple, inexpensive and the quietest airport hotel I've ever been in. Never even heard a plane. Walk across the street to the terminal. Perfect for early morning travel.

The B&B Hotel Baden-Airpark sells itself on convenience, and on that front it delivers. Located directly opposite the airport terminal, it's ideal after a late flight, with the rental car desks just a short walk away.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
Despite arriving after midnight, we still had to enter our personal details during check-in instead of everything being ready in advance. For a hotel catering to late arrivals, this is disappointing.
The biggest issue was our ground-floor room, which was infested with cockroaches. This wasn't a single insect—there were several crawling around the room. Reception was already closed, so there was no one to contact and no possibility of changing rooms.
Instead of sleeping, we spent much of the night killing cockroaches and checking the room. I killed several and have photographic evidence if the hotel wishes to investigate. The rest of the night was spent wondering if more would appear or crawl onto the bed.
A great location cannot compensate for poor hygiene. Cleanliness is the absolute minimum guests should expect.
I would only stay here again if there were absolutely no other accommodation options available, and I cannot recommend it based on this experience.

Locked outside at 1:30 am
I had a very frustrating experience with my stay at B&B HOTEL Baden-Airpark booked through Booking.com.
I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM and was unable to check in using the self-service machine, which repeatedly showed “reservation not found,” despite having a confirmed booking. There was no prior communication with clear instructions, no check-in code, and no guidance on how to access the room after hours.
After calling the emergency number, I was told in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone that I was “already checked in,” and only then was I given the room number and PIN — information that I had never received beforehand.
This is completely unacceptable. If the hotel operates with automated check-in, guests MUST receive all necessary access details in advance. Leaving a guest locked outside in the middle of the night with no proper support is not just inconvenient — it’s irresponsible.
Additionally, the attitude of the staff on the phone made the situation worse instead of helping resolve it professionally.
I expected much better from both Booking.com and B&B HOTEL. Clear communication and basic customer service should not be optional.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially for late arrivals.

Crazy bad experience.
Absolutely unacceptable.
I had a very very bad experience with this hotel.
My staff arrived late at the airport (around 10:30 PM) and had already booked two rooms for them. When they got to the hotel around 11 PM, the check-in machine did not give them the keys and said the rooms were not ready.
Because of this, they could not stay at the hotel at all as no one was there to help. They had no choice but to go back to the airport and sleep in the terminal.
This is a shame and very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We arrived late at night due to our late flight. Checking in thru the machine was easy, but the problem was we were assigned a room but no door lock code was given. We called the after hours contact number and he was not able to help us with providing a door code. We had to drive 25mins to another B&B hotel to get a room to stay for the night. I feel bad for the other 2 groups who has the same problem as I but they could not leave the hotel due to their early flight in the morning.
