Cet hôtel est situé à proximité du centre-ville, à proximité du vieux marché aux bovins et à seulement 500 mètres de la gare principale et du théâtre national. L'arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l'hôtel et l'arrêt de tramway situé à 300 mètres vous permettra de vous déplacer facilement dans toute la ville. Cet hôtel privé à la décoration élégante propose un restaurant Olive, un bar, des salles de réunion, une terrasse, un ascenseur, un service de location de vélos et un parking. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans le hall. Le petit-déjeuner est servi tous les jours de 6h30 jusqu'à TIME10h00.

Without overnight in the settlement already negative.
I can only confirm the often mentioned criticism with the unfriendly staff.
When trying to cancel by phone I was told very unkindly that I had booked through booking.com and the cancellation had to go through it. My objection I had booked on the hotel's website was not taken note of at all. When I thought that when booking through the hotel's website probably to another site (it wasn't booking.com but hotelvalues.com) I was told quite buffly that that wouldn't be the case.
My problem could not be solved and so the experience was already clearly negative without overnight stay. However, I will still give the hotel a chance when the occasion is right.

Unfriendly ageing hotel
There were already the first complications at the reception. The unfriendly staff was not willing to compromise.
Overall, the staff was very unfriendly , both at the reception and in the restaurant. In the restaurant there was a small menu with passable home cooking. There were regular problems with billing.
One of the group had to move due to water damage, but did not receive the slightest compensation. The breakfast buffet was fine so far.
The rooms are partly quite worn. The TVs went only temporarily.
The hotel is certainly not suitable for a group.
The reception was not even manned on departure.
I'm sure we won't be back.

Dirty hotel. Stay away!
Floor covering under the stains.
Other people's hairs on duvet covers and fitted sheets, (white) large stain (resembled toothpaste) in fitted sheets.
Hair in shower drain.
Mini bar empty. Refrigerator defective.
Wifi very poor, (only possible to get a message or send), surfing is not possible.
Super warm room, window open: you are awake all night from the traffic (busy road).
Curtains not blackout.
Only 2 cups in bathroom for 4pers room.
Dirty cup in bathroom: toothpaste inside!
For less money we stayed in Dresden in a nice 4-star hotel. This is not worth the money and I don't understand people say their room is clean and quiet!

Wrong price on the website, and no respons from the owner when making a complaint
Next day there came an email from the hotel reception, who complained that the website had an error and the price did not include children and therefore was 40% higher than stated on the website. At the following mail correspondence, the hotel let me understand, that this price was not negotiable and the hotel nor interested in compromise.
A subsequent official complaint to the hotel's owner, has been met with silence.
