No aircondition = too hot!
Very basic hotel, which is fine. But booking a hotel with aircondition, we were surprised to find a simple fan standing in the room, and as it was 40 degrees (Celsius) outside, it was well above 30 in the room! It was insufferable so we had to leave and find another hotel.

Very nice
Nice clean room too bad that the parking is further and insecure the floor is to be renovated because it cracks enormously and there is no elevator but we had a great time it is very nice and the staff is very welcoming

not honest
Last week I booked a suite for 3 nights at this hotel, but unfortunately I got the wrong date when booking (I had mistakenly booked for the next week).
I still showed up at the hotel the day I thought I would arrive, but it was full. On the spot, I was asked to fill out a paper telling me that my situation would be taken into account and that, having come a week early, it would have to be accepted.
I was also assured that I would be reimbursed for this mistake, which reassured me at the time.
However, I had the unpleasant surprise that the refund was eventually cancelled without any explanation. This situation is incomprehensible and very disappointing.
Overall stressful experience and lack of transparency in case management. I don't recommend it.

I advise you to flee this hotel, I have never seen this in my life and I am a frequent traveler!!

Getting threatened when you just come to sleep
Nice and comfortable room. Neither is there anything wrong with the professional and smiling evening receptionist.
On the other hand, the morning reception was catastrophic.
At 9.50am (breakfast being announced until 10am), we simply ask if it is still possible to be served in the room. Answer: categorical refusal. Ground invoked: she is alone, she has already put everything away and “she doesn’t just have to do it”.
So when I ask if that means we don't have breakfast, dry answer: “Well no, it’s 9:51.”
Service officially until 10am, but apparently 9:51am is already considered heresy. Unpleasant tone, total lack of service and no attempt at resolution.
Too bad one person is enough to spoil the experience of an institution that would otherwise have deserved a much better review.
Update: After the morning breakfast episode, the situation worsened upon departure.
Check-out is indicated at 11:30. At 11:33, when we were finishing gathering our things and were going to get off within two minutes, the receptionist called to tell us that she was going to charge us for a late check-out.
So I went down to explain myself calmly. The discussion immediately escalated: she raised her voice, became aggressive and shouted at the reception. The scene took place in front of the maids present and another client, who even tried to intervene to calm the situation.
The receptionist then told me that she ended at 3pm and that if I wanted to wait for her “to settle our scores” it was no problem.
This type of statement is unacceptable in a hotel establishment. Disagreement can be managed professionally. Shouting, threatening, and aggressiveness towards customers are not.
Such an attitude seriously damages the image of the establishment
