Travelling for work

An extremely easy to find hotel off the highway, with parking to take out luggage and very nice and helpful staff.
The rooms are very clean with modern decoration and mine was quiet (placed in the parking lot)
The breakfast is very satisfying and the price is reasonable... if you book on the internet!
There would still be small renovation works to be carried out (stains on carpets, chipped paints)

One night in Besançon

A good place to stay for one or two nights.
Room nice, clean and confortable.
No need to go out for dîner because the restaurant is all-right.
The place provides all the necessary for a short stay. A little far away from Downtown Besançon. This the reason I didn't want to stay longer.

For one night if there is no other choice .....or if we are not looking to rest.

Hotel good for reform, nothing works properly. The staff tries to compensate but without any motivation. And the prices quoted are not the same on site. The single beds are for children, so adults have a bad night, too small and small blanket. The furniture of the rooms is in 1pitious condition, broken. Fair and low quality breakfast

Flawless

Night for 2 days, room: impeccable,
Receptionist: a gentleman who listens to the customer and is helpful, room: very clean (bed, sheets, bathroom, toilet…
Breakfast: good value for money and the morning receptionist is nice.
Parking: very quickly filled..
Idea box for the parking lot: install electrical outlets on the shelter poles where there are halogens to connect hybrid and electric cars...this will be a REAL plus for the hotel...
Conclusion: we will come back next month..

Don't have any problems otherwise...!!!!!!

We arrive at the hotel at 5 p.m. this Saturday, May 4, we explain to the receptionist that we are going to return late because we are invited to a wedding we wanted to know how to access the hotel late, the receptionist gives us the code from the gate and the entrance and gives us a telephone number that can be reached this night because the person is sleeping there in case of a problem.
We arrive at the hotel at 3:10 a.m. we open the parking gate, the entrance to the hotel we arrive in front of our room, the card to open our door no longer works, we call the telephone number given for 1 hour by the receptionist WITHOUT RESPONSE.
We looked around the hotel to find a solution but nothing, no way to find help or access our room.
After 44 calls from us we finally received a response!
The person finally arrives and simply tells us “oh yes your card has demagnetized, not a sorry, nothing at all despite our displeasure at having waited 1 hour in the middle of the night.
If you come to this hotel, don't have any problems because no apology or compensation will be offered to you.
