Příjemné překvapení.

Navštívila jsem jen restauraci a to opakovaně. Venkovní dojem "rodinný hotýlek", čistý, malý, s upraveným okolím. Poloha u nádraží mně trochu odrazovala, tak jsem "zkontrolovala" WC, nové a vzorně čisté. Personál velmi milý a velmi rychlý. Jídla která jsem ochutnala byla opravdu dobrá, slánky a ostatní dochucovadla byla na stolech zbytečná, nemělo to chybu. Na závěr bych to shrnula, vzhledem ke kvalitě a množství byla cena spíš nižší než by mohla být. Nezbavila jsem se pocitu, že to jsou opravdu profesionálové.

a catastrophe

We booked a three-bedded room through booking.com which was confirmed as ok.We had great difficulty finding the village and the hotel. When we finally turned up a bit before 9 pm I was informed that there was no room for us. The owner spoke no English, French or German which made communication rather difficult. I was made to understand that after 4pm réservations were not taken into account. I pointed out that on the booking the status was marked as "ok" and I made it clear that we did not intend to leave until a solution was found. The owner's wife then picked up the phone and contacted an acquaintance. This acquaintance eventually turned up and led us to his house where he lodged us for the night. By this time it was after 10pm.
To add to the farce, the following day the owner of the Hotel u Nadrazi noted on the booking.com website that we had not turned up the previous evening!!

Bezva nocleh

Dobrá poloha hotelu, bezproblémové ubytování, útulný a čistý pokoj i koupelna, velmi milá a profesionální obsluha v restauraci. Přespala jsem jednu noc na cyklotúře a vstávala odpočatá. Ani kolo si po noci v (čistém) sklepě nestěžovalo.

Schönes Haus

Ein schönes Haus mit ganz neu renovierten Zimmer mit Flachbild TV und deutschem Fernsehen. Sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet, für den Preis perfekt!
im Restaurant gibt es einfaches aber sehr gutes Essen!
Das Personal ist mehr als freundlich und nett.
