Parking is very convenient. We stayed there with our pet. The property looks a bit aged; nonetheless, the beds were in great shape.

Worst week of our life!

What didn't go wrong...Nanaimo location. Got our reservation wrong, told us to call Booking.com, wouldn't claim responsibility, and wouldn't give us a phone number to call. Traded up 2 days before for a 2 bdrm suite with a queen bed in each room, for my son and his family. Had to book another room for the one night at $300! Trying to register, took over an hour due to the troubles, I was crying and thoroughly upset...Divey hotel. No hangers for clothes. !Terrible! People up all hours of the night, doors slamming, people yelling from the balcony, and in the parking lot. I got no sleep. Balcony outside our room was all smokers. The portable AC unit was vented to the outside, but the rest of the window wasn't blocked off, it was exposed to the outside. Neighbors were smoking pot, the smell came in that open window. Not safe, someone's arm could come in the window and remove the stick, then coming into our room. So ALL smoking inn. Korean restaurant next door, we're NOT Korean, wanted a normal breakfast. Worst week ever!

Quite noisy with other people late at night. A lot of running water made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Very dirty room. Stayed with small kids and was uncomfortable having them on the beds. Sheets had blood stains on them and hair on pillow. I don’t think the sheets were changed. Covers were dirty. Floor was not swept. Windows not secure. AC died half way through the night. Overall a gross feeling and could not wait to get out first thing in the morning. May be one of the worst places we have stayed. Had a stay booked for August as well, but cancelled it immediately and re booked elsewhere. I’m not sure why some reviews were positive for this place, as I was left with mental bed bugs afterwards.

The room was old and not very secure. There was an air conditioning vent shoved in the window so you couldn’t lock the window. Sketchy area of the city. TV didn’t work. Not even the basic amenities you would get in a one star hotel. I would stop using them on your site
