I cannot thank Summer and her staff enough, they were extremely accommodating and I am deeply appreciative. The hotel properties and ammenities were amazing!! I look forward to staying at the property again. 10/10 recommend to all!

I did find the place well maintained but its getting old and tired looking. Sadly theu didn't have a water bottle in the room nor did they have any to purchase downstairs.

The customer service we received was short, curt and not welcoming. I felt like we were bothering him We were promised a pack and play for our infant son as they did not offer cribs. We received a message stating it would in the room when we arrived. Surprise surprise it wasn't and I definitely wasn't going back down at 11 at night to ask for it. Btw your rooms are definitely not cleaned properly and you guys damn well know it and please take the time and change the bedding. Maybe I'm being critical but I'm paying more than 200 a night I shouldnt find dirty bedding with other people hair all over the pillow cases and a crusty dusty stained couch from Grandma's basement. Standards are a thing, and yours need to be raised from the bare minimum you're offering.

Good experience

This hotel is well located on Hart Dr in Barrie, just 2 minutes off the 400 HWY and less than 10 minutes to downtown, the beach, the Bayfield St retail zone and many restaurants. I had an accessible room which was well equipped. Support bars located beside the toilet and in the walk in shower. There was also a shower chair provided. The bed was lower than usual to allow easy access. The room had all one needs including a fridge, Keurig machine and pods and everything you would normally have in a hotel room. The front desk staff were efficient and pleasant. The hotel offers a free breakfast which was ample and not at all bad. It included the typical omelets which really have no taste, bacon, home fries in the hot trays while offering cereals, breads (with a toaster), English muffins, waffles, yoghurt and more. None of the food was anything special but it was ample and not bad. Better than the food was the woman who was looking after the dining area. She was super nice and very helpful.
