Grata surprise

Me and my family had a grateful surprise with the hotel. It was very well preserved, we stayed in a great bungalow, clean, neat, smelly, all contrary to what I've read here. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, air conditioning working super well and new TVs. The people were very helpful and I was satisfied with all the service and service. The wonderful pool. A very comfortable stay indeed. The hotel offers a van to take and pick up the guest in the city center, a hand on the wheel. I would point out that they should improve the academy (although I don’t think the people will go messing. But I went and found weak) and tb the park. Although it was preserved, it's kind of graceless. But the hotel has a delicious climate, full of trees, close to a reserve. I found it wonderful.

There was virtually no one else staying in this large hotel when we were there which gave a bit of an odd sense.
Rooms were super comfortable, breakfast was too big for us to eat, and the quietness around was lovely.
We had trouble communicating and understanding the property and the shuttle to the town was not operating so we had to walk up the hill every evening after deal - not a big deal, but you arrived back hot and sticky every evening.
We were looking for some help with hiking trails and where to see wildlife and did not receive that.
The town is beautiful and we found some great food choices, but again nothing recommended by the hotel.

The structure of the hotel is very good, but the room does not accompany it.

I was well received, and they anticipated my entrance to the room, however I noticed the inexperience of the receptionist, as he did not tell me anything about the structure and services available in the hotel. Good bed, bed linen and good bath quality. In the bathroom, a plastic curtain to separate the bath area from the pot. Curtain drags on the floor, the bathroom floods. The TV in the room is not smart, so the only option p watch are the open channels, which is awful. TV remote control and air so old, that the keys work poorly. In the hotel restaurant, employees who do not know the options of the menu (two of them have not been able to clarify what is "mantinha" that is contained in the composition of a hamburger, and have not even shown interest in seeking to know). The delay was already so great that I gave up asking. Two hours to get 2 hamburgers. It's not a bad hotel, but it needs a lot of improvement to justify the cost it charges. It should be noted that the majority of employees are diaris, and this is noticeable by the lack of training and preparation to serve the guest. It is clear who are effective employees, because they know how to treat the client. I highlight the waiter Adauto, who treated us with a lot of cordiality and looking for our satisfaction and best stay.

I didn't like it

I stayed in bungalow 03 and had a bad experience, the cold water the tap pinging all the time, cleaning 0 in the bedroom under the bed mainly.

Regular.

My stay was pleasant, but I realized that the hotel is in need of some renovations. The bathroom of my room had stained floor, the object holder was broken and the TV had no available channels. These points can be improved to provide a more comfortable experience for guests. I am grateful for the assistance and hope to return at a next opportunity with these improvements made.
