A frustrating experience at Hotel Estaçao de Diamantina
Very expensive hotel for what they offer. More expensive than the Ibis network I paid in several locations of MG. They say there is a garage but when I arrived I was informed that the garage only had room for 3 cars and was already full; there is no air conditioning, room full of trays on the wall; very weak physical structure. They say they accept pets but charge $100. Since we have 2 pets, we'd charge 200. I was given a discount of 40,000 when I complained. If the fee is for room hygiene why charge a fee per pet, since you used the same room?! There are definitely many better options in the city!

Quarto limpo, porém os colchões muito ruim, de péssima qualidade, parede mofada e cheiro forte de esgoto vindo banheiro. Café da manhã, de boa qualidade porém a alimentação fica toda exposta sem cobertura de proteção e com vários passarinhos pousando e comendo dos alimentos.

O quarto em si estava limpo,mas a limpeza do hotel deixou a desejar. Eles estavam em obra, entao tinha muito barulho. Nao tinha estacionamento,comk dito no anúncio.
