I'll never return to this hotel again.
Food doesn't pay off.
A terrible thing happened in my room: we left in the morning to go to the Basilica. When we returned, the room had already been “arranged.” My husband went to observe a stain on the sheet. Pasmem: it was “cocô”. ♀️ I called at the reception and there were two women, one was the maid. They simply changed their bedding and did not apologize. I'll never return to this hotel again.
Worst experience I've ever had in lodging.

Very good hotel, great meals and well located
-The tables in the restaurant deserve an American towel or game, since the dishes slide in the wood, when cutting a meat, for example.
- Could have in the rooms poster c information, telephone from the reception, coffee hours, lunch and dinner and procedures p warm the shower
- the hallway, on the floors there is no ventilation and window, smells like cigarettes. Just open a window where there's closed glass.
- The pillows are well used, could acquire new ones.
- Very tasty food
- friendly and efficient waiters.

Normal hotel, but by the proximity of Basel, is overrated.
The breakfast was not delicious. Where coffee was laid without sugar, there was sugar. It was unpleasant. I asked the waiter if I could get coffee without sugar and he said it was over and didn't know how much rest (that at 8am). I had to take the juice, which was said to be from the fruit, but it had a strange taste (maybe very diluted in water).
Another strange fact is that, at the time of the reservation, they asked for an advance payment, which was done. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not locate the payment, even showing the proof (payment made by their own link) and left it open to check until the end of the stay if I had actually paid. In the end they saw that there was the payment and everything was fine, but it was pretty embarrassing.
A positive point is to have a playground in the hotel. By the time of Mass, my children were playing a little. Place very careful.
