Excellent stay. Cant wait to come again
The island was amazing. Some of the best snorkeling in the world. Staff is excellent and the room was perfect. Some of the best sunrise and sunsets I’ve ever seen. Shout out to Junior for taking care of us! Will definitely be back.

Thatch Caye….we miss you and will be back!
We are so grateful for the opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and find rest at Thatch Caye. We left LAX and touched down in Belize City, then journeyed by small plane and boat to Thatch Caye and was greeted warmly.
The amazing staff, who cared for us with such kindness, making it easy to simply relax and unplug. We spent our days soaking in the warm sun, exploring the wonders of the ocean through day and night snorkeling, island hopping, and paddle boarding. We had a terrific couples massage by Rosemary & Reyna. We also met incredible people who made the experience even sweeter.
More than the adventures, it was the quiet moments that filled our hearts — time to reflect on God’s love, His goodness, and His generosity. We came home refreshed, humbled, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Anavar - a man of many talents
Luis - extended our stay by shifting their schedules
Dan - funny and makes the most creative drinks

Juan Cho - stop to help fix our bike when it broke

Wonderful dinner!
Just came for dinner, anchoring our catamaran there. Lovely place! Just nice enough without being snooty. Wonderful chef, friendly staff, sweet island dogs named Marlee and Alma. Peeked in an overwater bungalow- comfy and fun. Recommend!

My recent 4-day stay at Thatch Caye Resort was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The oceanfront cabana room was a dream—waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning view was a highlight of our trip.
We spent our days snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, and the resort’s team ensured we had everything we needed for a fantastic experience. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.
One of the unexpected delights was the island’s friendly dogs, who added a unique charm to our stay. If you're looking for a place to unwind and connect with nature, Thatch Caye is the perfect spot. I can't recommend it enough!
