Friendly and homely feeling

Excellent location. Good size villa and pool.great hosts. Superb breakfast cooked for us every morning. Even taught my partner how to cook fish cakes. Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful. Our room was a lovely size. Could do with some decorating to bring it up to scratch but it’s still lovely. Waking up early to see the monkeys was amazing and added to our experience of Barbados. The sun roof terrace had amazing views!! Would most definitely stay here again. The hosts are amazing too x

Avoid - does not look like pics, health & safety riskss

It really doesn't look like the pictures anymore. It's been very poorly maintained, there are several health & safety issues as well as fire risks. Owner/ manager Glenda agreed to fix various things before we arrived but did not. During our stay she told us the proprrty had been sold so there was clearly no intention to fix anything. She agreed to refund us some money as compensation but has stopped communicating! Locals know it's not fit for rental & were surprised we were there. Considering legal action as it's definitely falsely advertised. Issues included: whole top deck unusable, unsafe steps, unlockable gates/ doors, doors that had missing handles so couldn't open from the inside if closed , faulty/ loose plugs, NO water for the majority of our stay, intermittent & very slow internet, various workmen coming & going, broken windows, unusable & unsuitable appliances, crockery etc, used condom left in garden & other rubbish in cupboards, apartment under the property that someone appeared to be living in which we couldn't lock. Advertised as having a car, didn't see it once! I could go on and it's such a shame as the house itself is beautiful and in a great location. Sold to us as a luxury stqy but sadly it was not. Save your money and go elsewhere

It’s not what u see

Do not book this property, it’s not what you get in the pictures, it’s a rip off. There’s not water, top deck is dangerous can’t be used, broken tiles in the pool, no aircon, tv etc everythings broken, see the mould in fridge they’re offer a refund l, do not trust them.

Best Vacay Ever!

OMG!!! I had the best time ever! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Especially Glenda who went over and above to make sure everyone had what they wanted and needed. I look forward to visiting every year and staying in Mullins Heights.

Paradise

Fantastic friendly hostess, for Glenda nothing was too much. Breakfast in the morning, music by the pool. Lovely accommodation. There was 15 of us in total, a lot of different personalities, with different wants & needs, all satisfied. Highly recommend
