A tranquil Isolated Snorkelling Paradise. Pity about the rest
To be honest after reading reviews we didn't hold much hope for this place.
Firstly the snorkelling is amazing. We took our own gear, which is a must, as the gear at the "resort" is next to useless. We snorkelled every day for a few hours. It was fantastic. A large pod of dolphins went by one morning at breakfast. The WIFI was excellent
The accommodation. It's adequate. My husband got an electric shock when he touched the kettle and the metal part of the fridge. The shower ran hot continuously once we realised we had to have the basin tap running as well. The shower curtain is held up by a stick and fell down if touched. The bed was comfortable. The room was hot, because the air-conditioning struggled against the wooden louvre windows which didn't close completely. It was water tight, as tested by a huge storm that occurred whilst we were there.
The staff. They need a medal. Working under such conditions is difficult. The cleaning staff were also, bar, reception, waiting and cooking staff. One night the chef didn't arrive, so in stepped the other staff to cook our meal. Which I'd like to say was fantastic.
Go to Coco Beach if you're happy doing nothing. The staff can arrange transport into town if you desire.
Management need to step up and spend some money on this place. It could be so much better. The kitchen needs a complete revamp.
The stocks of drinks were very limited. There was limited choice in meals, but they were nice. The scrambled eggs were delicious.

Stay elsewhere
Far away from town, they have no food or functioning restaurant. There are two other hotels a in walking distance. If both full you will not be able to eat. Advise taking food with you. 1-2 star. Very tired. Pool is green and not swimmable. It’s at a back packers level worth $150 a night or so. So at its current price it is a complete rip off.

Don’t stay here
We had a terrible experience at this resort, we were supposed to stay 6 days but checked out after 1 day and had to find other accommodation. The resort is nothing like on the website. No cold drinks, no ingredients to make meals or cocktails listed on the menu.. We were basically asked to go elsewhere for dinner because the staff wanted to go home early and were closing the kitchen at 6pm.. Staff were friendly enough and I feel it’s not their fault the resort is poorly run. The pool was disgusting, and rooms had mould on the pillows and dirty.. I have tried contacting management about the issues we had but no response to phone or email. For the price they are charging it is really not worth it and I urge people don’t waste your money, do not stay here!

We pre booked a 4 night stay and fully paid only to turn up for check in and the hotel was closed for renovations. We had to stay somewhere else. The owner claimed he didn’t have our booking on his system but we had confirmation etc.

From bad to worse.
Run down and aircon useless. We couldn't find staff and pool was green, beds had very old matrices, old ripped linen, and broken cupboards,
