Worth every cent!

My three days living in Deka Evleri were really enjoyable. The host was helpful and kind, and the room was clean, with new furniture, and perfect for four people to stay. It had everything we needed. It is perfect for a budget trip to Izmir. Also, it is located inside the city center, 5 minutes' walk from the Metro station. I would definitely visit again!

A home away from home

It was like a home with a family. All wishes were fulfilled immediately. Very clean apartment. The Demercan family and Jasmine made our stay a wonderful experience. Apartment was cleaned daily.
Ailesiyle birlikte bir ev gibiydi. Bütün dilekler derhal yerine getirildi. Çok temiz daire. Demercan ve Yasemin ailesi, bizim kalmak harika bir deneyim oldu.
Note: this is not a hotel but a holiday apartment.

굉장히 만족스러운 숙소!

강추합니다. 방들도 깨끗하고 가족 4명이서 갔는데 침대도 네개라서 자는데 아무 문제 없었어요. 주변에 올드바자르랑 시계탑, 해변, 지하철도 있어서 정말 편리했고 특히 호스트분들이 너무나 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 이곳에서 저희가빌렸던 렌트카가 사고가 났는데 말도안통해서 어떡하지하고있을때 자기일처럼 발벗고 나서서 하나하나 다 해결해주셔서 참 감사했습니다. 또 이즈미르에 오게되면 꼭 다시묵고싶은 숙소!
So nice house. Clean and 4 beds. Near the house, there are old bazaar, clock tower, the beach, and the metro. Especially, the hosts were so nice. They told us which place to go in Izmir.
We had a car accident in Izmir and they helpe us with everything. Speaking with the police, rental car company, everthing. I would definitely stay again if I come to Izmir again.
