Dont come!

we came here thinking that we are going to have a nice and great room for 2 people. Though when we came in everything looked nice at first for a 4 star hotel in the lobby but when we came in the room we were prettified and disgusted by the state of the room. The chair was BURNED and the window couldnt be opened? There were ants in the bathroom and the walls and floor were dirty. One of our family members got bitten by a bug and when we asked for a change of room they REFUSED to change us to a different room because he was “infected”. Which is sad. Our other family members didnt have a window in their room and they didnt even know they didnt have one because the pictures on google we WAYYY more different. Dont come. Its a scam and its disgusting.

Horrible

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived on the 7th of March and on the very first night we were bitten by bed bugs in the room. When we reported this to reception, the staff refused to change our room and told us we had to contact our holiday supplier ourselves. We spent two days arguing with the hotel about a basic issue that should have been resolved immediately.
Only the day before our checkout did they finally move us to another room, but that room was also unacceptable. The window was broken, the room was extremely cold, and when we asked reception for a heater they simply said they did not have one and that there was nothing they could do.
The hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, and the service is terrible. Staff were unhelpful and showed no concern for the situation. Bed bugs, broken facilities, and no effort to resolve problems is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to avoid this hotel.

Terrible

It was an absolutely terrible experience, I will not recommend anyone else. I stayed here for two days and then I just wanted to extend my reservation but they let me sit for the whole night and I didn’t slept even they don’t understand English.
