Wonderful ,clean,exellent

The staff are very polite and pleasant. They are always smiling and help you with everything. The rooms are clean, and the manager is always smiling and kind. The food is delicious and served warm. There is internet access everywhere. We also used the SPA center, and it was excellent ❤️

The hotel does not come across as a 5 star hotel. Inadequate basic room and missold facilities. Nice pool area though.
Restaurant shabby and uninviting with poor quality and unappetising food provided. No proper aircon in restaurant! Not many alternatives in the area.
Generally friendly and pleasant staff.
Not sure how this hotel maintains the "Ramada Wyndham" brand

Good check-in experience- no queue after 22.00. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. No body wash was coming from the dispenser in the shower so I assumed it was empty. I informed reception and was told they would replace it - but they must have forgotten - Luckily I had brought my own soap with me.
It’s a nice hotel and very convenient for the airport. I’ve stayed overnight here before after flying into Dalaman from the U.K. and would definitely stay again.

Thank goodness for RAMADA

First of all, I would like to thank the RAMADA family very much. I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks for work. Friendly staff greeted me upon arrival, the rooms were very hygienic with comfortable beds, the breakfast concept was outstanding, and the pool was beautiful and clean. I had a wonderful stay and I would like to thank everyone involved.

Dalaman is terrible.

I have been staying at Ramada hotels for many years, as my status suggests, and this year we wanted to choose Dalaman as a family. I have always been a cautious person in both my professional and personal life, so I added notes when making the reservation through Wyndham, and also called the hotel 2-3 days before check-in to convey some notes. Because our people are careless, irresponsible, and lack professionalism, none of our notes were taken into account. We came from a 7-hour journey with my wife and 3.5-year-old son, wanting to settle into our room quickly and nicely. Since I am a Diamond member and made the reservation almost a month in advance, one naturally expects an upgrade. Having worked as a receptionist in my youth, I explained my knowledge of the hotel industry to the reception staff through pleasant conversation and laughter. Later, the receptionist, Mr. Sıraç, tried to put on a show, saying they couldn't upgrade us but were offering us a room with a pool view and balcony. However, he was so clueless that he didn't even know I had purchased the very room he was trying to give me through Wyndham. I understood from the laugh that he wasn't being well-intentioned when he said he'd already booked the room, so I didn't press the issue and went up to the room with all my belongings and my family. When I got to the room, it was a maximum of 10m2, but the receptionist said 13. Okay, let's say 13, there are three of us. Despite requesting an extra bed a month in advance, they said there wasn't one, which is normal. The room only had the bed area and a balcony; the third person would have to sleep in the bathtub if it were small. The bellboy next to me reacted angrily, saying, "How can they give us this room?" I called reception and said, "Are you kidding me? We want an extra bed, and there's not even space to put one." The man said he was checking, but what exactly were he checking? Are you examining the hotel floor plan? We waited 5 minutes in the room with the bellboy and my family, the phone wasn't ringing, no one was coming or going, so I decided to go down to reception. Zero solution, zero goodwill. They gave us another room; we expected an upgrade, but they gave us a ground floor room with a land view – a downgrade on top of that! :D I went back to reception, we had traveled for 7 hours and couldn't settle into a room for an hour. After arguing, a staff member named Sevil came and, with a solution-oriented and good-natured approach, said a room would become available in 1-2 hours and she could put us there. I thought, "That's a solution!" and said I would forgo 1-2 hours, thanked her, and left. However, my wife and I are smokers, we have a 3.5-year-old child, and although the room was large in terms of square footage, it didn't have a balcony. We finished our vacation half-satisfied. The hotel is nice and new, but I hope you get rid of the incompetent, unqualified, and inept staff who don't consider the status of the person they're dealing with, and who say there are no upgraded rooms available that day despite the reservation being made weeks in advance. I will share this series of posts on all platforms and I will never stay at any Ramada hotel again.

Özellikle uzun bir yolculuğun ardından, önceden ilettiğiniz notların dikkate alınmasını ve ailenizle birlikte hızlı ve sorunsuz şekilde odanıza yerleşmeyi beklemenizi anlayışla karşılıyoruz. Yaşadığınız oda değişikliği sürecinin konaklamanızın başlangıcında olumsuz bir deneyime neden olmasından dolayı üzgünüz.
Upgrade konusuyla ilgili olarak Wyndham Rewards programının belirttiği üzere, üyelik statüsüne bağlı oda yükseltmeleri müsaitliğe bağlıdır ve özellikle yüksek sezon dönemlerinde otelin doluluk durumu nedeniyle garanti edilememektedir. Rezervasyonun önceden yapılmış olması veya üyelik statüsü, müsaitlik bulunmadığı durumlarda otomatik olarak upgrade yapılacağı anlamına gelmemektedir.
Ayrıca, odanızla ilgili süreçte mevcut müsaitlik doğrultusunda tarafınıza havuz manzaralı balkonlu bir oda sunulmuştur. Daha geniş oda kategorisinde ise o anda hazır ve müsait bir oda bulunmadığından, sizi uzun süre bekletmek yerine mevcut müsait odayı hızlıca tahsis etmeyi tercih ettik. Sonrasında daha geniş bir odanın müsait hale gelmesi durumunda oda değişikliği konusunda da çözüm üretmeye çalıştık. Bu yaklaşımımızın beklentinizi karşılamamış olmasını anlıyor, ancak amacımızın sizi daha fazla bekletmeden mevcut imkanlarımız doğrultusunda çözüm sunmak olduğunu belirtmek isteriz.
Bununla birlikte, rezervasyon notlarının takibi, oda özelliklerinin doğru aktarılması ve misafir taleplerinin daha etkin şekilde yönetilmesi konusunda geri bildiriminizi ilgili ekiplerimizle değerlendireceğiz. Misafirlerimizin özellikle uzun bir yolculuk sonrasında hızlı ve doğru şekilde karşılanmasının öneminin farkındayız.
