The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ankara. The rooms were clean, renovated, and comfortable. It is located a short distance from the metro, which makes getting around very convenient. Thank you for everything.

We stayed two nights. There was no room cleaning while staying. At a shower room, there are two shampoos on the wall with no labels. I asked the staff which is for hair and which is for body, but he said he had no idea.(he’s friendly though) Almost no amenities.
Staffs are nice but I don’t want to choose this hotel next time.

Unfortunately, the disaster

As a Traveler, we had a lot of hotel experiences both in Ankara and other cities. I've never seen such a bad hotel in my life. I absolutely don’t believe he gets that much score. I do not think the reviews are accurate. My hotel room was accompanied when we checked in. The agent who came in with me told me that there was a side bar at the room that said that the music was loud at night. Okay, we might have said. Then opened the air conditioning and said there was a problem with this air conditioning, the crane didn’t get up and then put a cardboard glass into the air conditioning entrance. We’ve talked about the issue. Not resolved. Anyway, we said we'd stay the night away. They then combined two single beds while we wanted our bed to be double. Bed reserved for the night. The room seemed to have been cleaned last 1 month ago. The door of the shower room wasn’t closing completely. There’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom. I was most shocked by the use of a ear bar in the bathroom. I’ve never seen such a freak. Nothing good about the hotel? We were humiliated with our money. If you don’t want to be embarrassing, please don’t go.

Need enhancement for members of reception and how serve customers also the breakfast not the same in the past.

Staff members need training for service and describe the requirements of the customers needed for example sickness or didn’t like the noising that came from outside and also I hope there are some specialized service for example, discount for the students.
