Great place. No lift so have to climb stairs and a bit far out so good for people who don't mind walking

In a word..."Don't!"
Chanthanee's motley crew, from the owner down, have the gift of making you feel like you're totally unwanted. I'm no high-end farrang, lauding it over others who thinks he's special. The Chanthanee hotel is just plain mean, rude, uncooperative and sullen. To be honest, it's beyond 'Budget" it's an overpriced "Flea Pit."
The rooms: dirty floors, creaking beds, plastic mattresses, dirty towels with holes and dubious stains. The rooms are cleaned and sheets changed only if you ask. For their effectiveness, the WiFi routers on the walls are cursory decoration. There is at least a DIY laundrette. There are better places for a fraction more closer to town.
If I may add a cautionary note: when a Thai doesn't greet you with a smile, it's for a reason. My advice: just walk away. Your custom will be appreciated elsewhere and most importantly not leave you with a bitter memory.

Apartment with free parking
Location is far away from civilization in a sense that you want to have your car with you. There is a snacks machine downstairs but Carrefour is 500 metres away. There are better restaurants available also.
The hotel had a slightly too hard beds but I survived due to price I paid. Showers had warm water. Hotel is clean. Most likely I wouldnt stay again due to hardness of the beds.

overpriced!
we had to stay here for six weeks before we found our own house (as we live here as teachers). The room was decent and big but definitely needed cleaning, it was covered in hair and dust. The bathroom also smelt really bad and the water was smelly and cold. It was expensive to stay at. all of this would have been okay except the staff werw very rude and a bit smug. there were times that we would go down to ask them something and they would just dismiss us. when it came to leaving we were charged double for room cleaning despite cleaning it ourselves. Not only did they laugh when we asked why they also said they always charge for cleaning which we have never seen at a hotel before. When we told at the end of our stay about problems we had they did not seem to care in the slightest! its not a bad place to stay in the short term, its just the the rudeness of some staff.

设施老旧，甚至没有一次性用品，幸好我自己带了牙杯，不然连牙都刷不了。跟前台要洗发水沐浴露前台说没有，不提供。无语，没想到2023年了居然还有酒店不提供。然后最离谱的是酒店里有蟑螂，还不止一个，千万别住！！！
