Volunteering in Arusha

The hostel is ideal for doing voluntary work. Comfortable, clean, decent meals and located very close to city center. Cliff, our guide, took great care of us and went out of his way to make our stay memorable and comfy. He speaks perfect English and is very helpful.

Amazing Stay at Villa Viva Tanzania

Very kind and helpful staff who make you feel like family. The rooms were great, and there was always someone available. The excursions were well organized – I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful hostel, great excursions, dedicated, wonderful staff

We had a great stay at the Viva Tanzania hostel. The accommodation was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and all the staff were very open and friendly, and the atmosphere was very nice. There is always someone available to talk to, and there is always someone on site. We went on many great excursions, which were very well organized. Everything was taken care of and we felt very comfortable. I would come back here anytime and got to meet lots of great people

Worth a visit!

Was a very nice time, you quickly felt at home.
The staff is very polite, open and courteous.
Very nice place to spend your time, whether by the pool or on the rooftop bar.
I can only recommend the hostel to anyone!
