Its the best hotel in arusha.best customer service and great food.Accessible and accomodates even for disabled pple .The manager and staff are very patient and good at ensuring all is well

Great location, exceptional staff

My friend and I stayed at the Parrot Hotel in Arusha and had a wonderful time. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful, especially Theresia , Margaret and Robinson.
The location was great close to shops, local markets and even nightlife.
The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace pool was an added benefit and the staff even came to do an extra clean of it when we mentioned we would be heading to the pool after check in.
There was always someone there for our needs. I would definitely recommend and come back to Parrot Hotel in Arusha.

Excellent location.
Good reception.
Magreth Simon, Sia, Amina, Nancy , David , George and Robinson were good.

I like everything, very friendly staff.
Hoet have all i need, very good location, food, rooms, beds, shower, entrance, kitchen.

Честно сказать я удивлена ценам в аруше и качеству. За такие деньги у нас в России (или в других странах) возможно жить в очень классном отеле))
Здесь я конечно немного удивилась….
Отель выглядит старым
И не уютным.
1. Расположение хорошее. В центре. Однако рядом нет никаких магазинов. Вообщем вроде и в центре, а толку мало)
2. Когда я заезжала, то в приоритете был тренажеоный зал и бассейн. По итогу зал был закрыт. Бассейн по колено 😂
Оказался хороший персонал. Мне предложили тренажерный зал в другом отеле и организовали трансфер. В этом плане подход к условиям хороший. За это конечно большая благодарность.
3. Завтраки на 3. За такую цену ожидала больше.
4. За такие деньги я в след раз никогда не выберу этот отель :)
