Good for staying short time
Stayed one month. Good and warm hospitality. Microwave broke at night but they changed immediately. Mr. Iskander at the concierge desk was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Great Value Serviced Apartment
Excellent value for the price. The location is excellent, with MRT stations and bus stops just a short walk away. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the room was very clean, quiet, and well soundproofed. It was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen utensils, cookware, an ironing board, and a washing machine. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wilby Central Wasn’t the Same Without Serene
I have stayed at Wilby Central countless times, and Serene Teo has always welcomed me with genuine warmth and hospitality. She is truly a gem who radiates warmth, and her personal attention always makes the residence feel like a home away from home.
Serene’s team is equally attentive, friendly and always ready to assist. Their consistent level of care and service is one of the main reasons I have chosen to return to Wilby Central time and again.
This time, however, I was very disappointed that I did not manage to see Serene. I had been looking forward to meeting her again, only to learn that she had been deployed to Wilby Bukit Timah on certain days. I am sure many returning guests feel the same and always hope to see her at Wilby Central.
I sincerely hope I will have the pleasure of seeing her again during my next stay.

A Comfortable Home Away From Home
I had an excellent experience during my three-month stay at this accommodation. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. It had everything I needed, making it feel like a home away from home.
The accommodation was peaceful, well-equipped, and consistently kept in great condition. The staff/host was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed.

Perfect stay
Fourth time staying at Wilby Central and it's always a pleasure. The location is so central and about a minute walk from the Queen Street exit of Bras Basah MRT, which is very handy for hot or rainy days. The building is very well maintained and I've never experienced any unit-to-unit noise as the walls seem to be concrete or well insulated. I was given a room on a lower floor on this visit but only occasionally heard traffic noise from the street. The AC acts as while noise that absorbs other sounds. Having a washing machine in the apartment is a life saver in Singapore as you need to wash clothes regularly. The staff is very friendly in general. Some delicious breakfast options Monday to Friday but my advice is to move away from plastic cutlery and paper plates as the environmental impact is huge. All and all, I would always choose to stay at Wilby Central when I'm on a long-term visit to Singapore. Highly recommended.
