Generally very nice. Excellent location. Public transformation is the best of the bests. Staffs are kind and helpful. Especially for me, laundry facility is lovely. A minor issue is the toilet. Water pressure is a bit low. And the shower tap in my room was not working well.
But if I have another chance to visit I highly consider to book your hotel again.

very nice overall, room is clean and they have bathtub for relaxing. also Staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I wish to stay in next time. Thanks all !

Great underrated hotel

Older style hotel which lacks street appeal. However it makes up for it with large spacious clean rooms and great access to MRT (Marine Parade MRT) which is right outside, as well as to Parkway Parade Shopping mall (through the underpass). Good for families wanting extra room to spread out. At the same price point if you were to stay in the CBD you would get a 15 m2 room versus a 32m2 room here, which is an absolute no-brainer given the easy access to the MRT.

In memory of Roxy Theatre's former glory

It is a hotel that is struggling with evaluation. Others were writing, but for some reason the walls were thin and I could hear the voices of people in the next room. The hotel is quaint and, to put it bluntly, it's still old. But the site is the site of the legendary Roxy Theatre cinema, which flourished in the 1930s, and once you know its historical context, the shopping mall Roxy Square, integrated with the hotel, will inevitably stir travelers’ nostalgia. It seemed that the clientele was mostly family travelers, but as a travel professional, staying as part of the above historical explorations would give us a different landscape.

Great location but cleanliness is lacking

Stayed here as a quick stopover between long haul flights. I received a lovely welcome and an upgraded room as an Accor Gold member which was much appreciated. The location is absolutely fabulous, close to MRT, shops, and places to dine. I also enjoyed the pool area, there were ample tv channels and the bed was comfy. The room size was fantastic and very spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard I would expect for an Accor property. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade, particularly the tiles and the shower curtain which had visible mould.
The shower was extremely strong in pressure and not pleasant. There were also some stains on the carpet and furnishings.
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, location was fantastic but unfortunately due to the cleanliness I would not recommend this hotel or stay again unless improvements were made.
