We've been humiliated...
Despite the sign stating 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in, we couldn't reach anyone around 11 PM. Despite calling the phone they left behind, no one answered or called back. We looked for a hotel at night with two children. In subsequent correspondence, they wrote that they were unable to reach us through Expedia. But we made the reservation through Agoda. We disgraced ourselves because of our own mistakes. I requested a refund. We haven't received any response regarding that either.

Останавливались в этом отеле на одну ночь
Из плюсов: хорошее расположение, рядом с отелем парк, остановка шаттла до аэропорта, недалеко парковка, тихая улица, удобная кровать, темные шторы, чистота, приятная девушка на рецепции. Стойка регистрации работает до 18.00, но работники отеля уточняют время прибытия, так что проблем с заселением нет
Из минусов: нет лифта, холодильника, есть капсулы для кофе, но кофемашины нет, вода из душевой кабины проливается наружу, рядом стройка - днём шум постоянный. И самое неприятное - в номере 303 отвратительный запах сырости и плесени, находиться в таких условиях находиться совершенно некомфортно и поменять номер не было возможности так как рецепция вечером и ночью не работает. На стенах повреждённая сыростью краска, видимо, от ранее произошедшей протечки воды сверху..

Okay værelse, hvis man bare skal bruge et sted og sove. Det var rent og personalet var flinke.

Из плюсов только расположение и на этом все. Хотя за те же деньги можно найти более центральное расположение.
Нет тапочек, холодильника, зубной пасты. Но это мелочи.
Вид из окна это - стройка. И стройка начинается с 7 утра. Это не просто где-то рядом, это прямо у вас над головой: падают балки, что-то передвигается, сыпется. Это очень высокий уровень шума.
А в выходной день внизу ночной клуб! Это просто бинго. А вишенка на торте, это то что в душе меня било электрическим током, казалось не сильно, но каждый раз ты думаешь, а не будет ли смертельный удар?
Также о взаимодействии с отелем:
Еще до приезда, попросил хотя бы частичный возврат, по уважительной причине, но отель ни цента не согласился вернуть, ни перенести даты.
Я крайне не рекомендую здесь останавливаться. Подумайте несколько раз.
