Quaint B&B just minutes from town

This is a very quaint B&B just around a 10 minute walk from town. My room had a view of the harbor, USB ports beside the bed, and a coffee/tea service with cookies. The staff is absolutely amazing; the young lady at breakfast was so helpful, friendly, and professional. While this B&B doesn't serve lunch or supper, it does have a good choice of breakfast items. Upon arrival, you let them know what you want for breakfast and the time you will be down. Food arrives within minutes of sitting down.
I had a wonderful couple of nights' sleep while I was there. The room was quiet and very clean.

Great.

Very Good Welcoming , spacious clean rooms well equipped and nicely decorated Super Breakfast And the owner super nice and helpful All for a moderate price, facing the port .Easy parking Easy to access. Rooms facing the sea ..just the noise of port activities that start early in the morning ,but it passes center closed

Horrible experience

We had a horrible night inside the “chalet” in the parking area of the house. The battono was the worst esperienze I ever had in my entire life, without the heater as well. I don’t suggest at all to stay there.

Great stay in great location

I stayed there last week with a friend from the USA. We were given a very warm welcome. It transpires it was the first day of a new owner. The standard of service was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. My bedroom was huge with a super king bed and sea view. The new owner is a local man with another b and b in town. They have set a high bar I am sure they will maintain. It is walking distance to the ferry and town centre so a great location. The Stornoway breakfast was huge and delicious.

More than average room in Stornoway

Margo was a delightful host and she made our visit a true Welcome. The room was impeccably decorated with fine linens, Harris Tweed and local artwork. Between serving us a hearty breakfast with plenty of choices, she found time to share stories with us. Our room was quiet with a view of the Harbour. She is the reason that we prefer B&B's over hotels.
