Outstanding Performance from start to finish.

We booked this hotel last minute as our previous hotel was not what we expected. I must say a person called Morgan was so helpful. He showed us some rooms before we made our choice. He also was able to save us 15% off our room which allowed us to upgrade at no extra cost. We approached the restaurant staff and explained my husband was gluten intolerant, no problems whatsoever here. We had a gluten free breakfast prepared in the morning, the chef and waiting staff, so super helpful. So to sum it up, 5*****+ for the hotel and every member of staff we interacted with. Hotel super clean, pool exceptional, food outstanding. Will definitely be on our go to list from now on. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

Cleaning and hygiene

Stayed in the hotel from 15th to the 16th. Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in, our first room had dust everywhere, a dirty shower, dirty hand prints everywhere , hairs in bed and bits in additional bed for child, blood on side of chair. We were moved to another room which was even worse the doors were dirty, windsill thick of dust with dead fly's and mouths. Pillow had loads of black spots most likely mold if they stored pillow cases damp. So we had to get them to change the bedding which wasn't much better. Nice hotel, but disappointing lack of attention to cleanliness in communal areas

The hotel itself is nice and has a lot of positives, but unfortunately I have been disappointed by the lack of attention to basic cleanliness in the corridors.
There has been a room service tray left outside a room near the gym since yesterday. I reported it yesterday and again this morning, but it still had not been removed. Since then, more trays have appeared along the corridor, along with glasses and a bag full of rubbish.
With the hot weather, food left sitting in corridors is starting to smell, and it is unpleasant to walk past this area, especially when going to the gym and pool facilities.
I made the staff aware again this morning, including at the swimming pool, so the issue had been brought to their attention. When I raised it at reception, I was told they were “extremely busy.” I understand hotels can be busy, but leaving food waste and dirty trays in corridors for such a long time is not acceptable, especially when guests have already reported it.
I have photos to support this review. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as these small details make a big difference to the overall guest experience.
The hotel has potential, but attention to cleanliness and responsiveness needs improvement.

Lovely upgraded rooms with great shower- low level access. Recently renovated. Leisure facilities excellent. Great outside spaces with plenty of seating. Only downside was no air con on hottest days of the year but fans were provided, would defo stay again- deal I got was excellent.

We paid for breakfast the next morning but when we checked in we was not told it was more expensive to do this the rooms are nice the bar prices are fair the breakfast was cold andy partner did not eat hers
We stayed before the refer and it's cleaner and more comfortable
