Total sh**hole
I went with three friends on May 21, 2026. This place puts the s**t in s**thole. The bar room is messy, the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, one of the door couldn't lock. Mine opened into an alleyway. We checked out right after checked in, so we didn't stay the night. Lower your expectations to the floor, than lower it some more if you are thinking about staying here.

Stay Heathrow. If you dare.
I booked this place because I was looking for a basic room above a pub where I could sleep and get some food while travelling, but didn't want to feed Airbnb or Premier Inn.
First up the photos were all of the pub but the actual place was a knackered old (unmarked) building next to the pub. The staff gave me a keycard and took my documentation (which their website said wasn't necessary) and then asked for £7 for parking. There was no mention of this on the site and I was pretty sure they made it up on the spot so I challenged them and they backed down immediately. Definitely a scam don't fall for it.
When I got through the door to the accommodation there was a winding corridor with no lights, sticky carpet and CCTV cameras every five or six steps. There also wasn't a woman's toilet or shower but there was a single shower exclusively for men for some reason.
The room was rubbish; no surprise there but the window was broken open and the street was very loud, and also under the Heathrow flightpath so I could barely even hear my neighbours knocking boots through the thin walls. I managed to pull the window closed by jimmying the hinges but then the room got too hot and stuffy, and actually stank of sweat and beans.
At some point in the night someone intruded into my room. They had apparently not been given a room number so they tried all of the doors, and their key worked in my door. I'm just glad they didn't try my neighbours first because they were really going at it at that point.
In the morning I found that I'd been bitten by bedbugs and also accidentally caught someone (a woman!) smoking in the 'men only' shower. I wasn't mad she'd certainly earned it.

Horrific.
An absolute slum & that’s being as polite as I can. Staff were not in the least bit interested. More socially destructive than constructive. The immediate impression of the inner building was dirty, scruffy & tatty. The room was filthy. The shared shower wasn’t fit to hose down cattle. Locks broken. Door jammed. Paint worn. The carpets were older than The Shroud of Turin. If you want to get revenge on your worst enemy reccommend this inveterate crap hole to them. Preferable alternatives? Sleep in a shop doorway. Far more comfortable than this hellish dump. One final plea to the innocent traveller……DON’T!!

Would not stay again
If you are someone who prefers luxury this is not the place for you.
Me and my family arrived about 9pm and there were already drunk people stumbling around outside the pub next door. We went round the back and went up to check our rooms,
The rooms are minimalistic with only beds, a mirror/dresser and wardrobe.
The bathrooms were shared and located down the hall. They were fairly clean.
The tea set on the dresser was untidy and the sugar was clumped together. God knows how long it’s been there.
To get water for the kettle you had to walk to the bathrooms which didn’t have enough room to fill the kettle even a bit so had to grab my water bottle to move water across,
The showers had no hot water but the taps had no cold water (brushing your teeth with hot water is not pleasant)
The nights stay was full of disturbed sleep with waking up every hour, the bed themselves wasn’t uncomfy as such but the pillow was rock hard and I ended up throwing it on the floor and using the duvet as the pillow. I woke up at 5am and just gave up trying to sleep.
Granted staying above a pub is undoubtedly not the best but there were drunks shouting outside at 2am, loud club music until early hours of the morning and people banging in the hallways.

This hotel makes me realise why my dad left…
This hotel is a 101% no go.
As always me and my mate travelled here prior to travelling onboard a Railtour.
As always we expected to arrive, check-in, have food, go sleep and wake up refreshed for the day ahead. Instead, we arrived and saw a pub. We walked round the building and found our entrance to the hotel. There is a door, with a door bell you have to ring to enter, which we did and was not greedy anyone. So we headed to the pub, which was a regret. We walked in trying to find a reception for the hotel, which there wasn’t. So after having a 30 second death fear, we went to the original point of entry. We rang on the managers door - bell and then was greeted by a woman who was polite.
She told us its hard to manage when she was the only one there running it and it was difficult to maintain which we understood and said we understood. However, she then proceeded to tell us that the rooms would be changing in the day whilst we aren’t there. We stayed from May 13th - 15th May and we went out the 14th and our stuffed was moved without a problem in the day which we didn’t expect from a hotel to ever happen, and have to change rooms mid stay but, it happened.
Next, onto the room. Now actually I personally found the beds comfy, they had nice bedding, and that’s about it about the room. The rooms were generally quite warm, no plug sockets, locks not working on doors, damp ceilings in corridors, peeling paint and wallpaper. Generally a massive let down.
Second big let down, the fact bathroom facilities were shared. Now as a person who likes my hygiene I took the safe option to only use toilets and not showers because the ceilings were visibly older than the hotel, damp, looked crinkled and seemed about to die.
Next up, the fact there was no reception is the stupidest thing in my life. You turn up expecting an instant check in and you have to search for a member of staff. Which is absolutely (mind the language) fu**ing disgraceful.
If I was to just give everyone looking to stay near Heathrow some advice, sleep on a roof, sleep in a drain, sleep in the airport, it will be better than this.
Overall I give this an absolute -5 if I could let alone a normal 1.
