Luxury in London!
We recently stayed at Pan Pacific London and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed and offered tea along with some delicious homemade jelly sweets. When we declined the tea, the receptionist thoughtfully brought us each a bottle of water instead, which was a lovely touch after our journey.
We arrived early to drop our bags off, and by the time we returned later that day, everything had already been taken up to our room. We had also requested a high-floor room when booking, and the hotel happily accommodated this without any issue.
The room itself was superb. It was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly well equipped. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, with perfectly pressed bedding. Little touches such as the Dyson hairdryer, electric curtains, unlimited complimentary Love Hearts, and the excellent turndown service really elevated the experience.
We also ordered room service breakfast, which was excellent. It arrived hot, was easy to order, and every request we made was accommodated without hesitation.
The only small hiccup during our stay was that housekeeping accidentally removed some of our own coat hangers while servicing the room. They belonged to a hired suit, so we did need them back. Although they couldn’t locate the originals, the team apologised and immediately offered replacement hangers for us to return with the suit. It was a minor inconvenience, but the way it was handled reflected the hotel’s excellent customer service.
Overall, Pan Pacific London is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The attention to detail, luxurious rooms and genuinely warm, attentive service made for a wonderful stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in London.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in — and I've stayed in a lot!
I've been lucky enough to stay in some exceptional hotels over the years, but the Pan Pacific London has set a new benchmark. The welcome was warm and natural, and every member of staff had that rare quality of being attentive without ever hovering. Nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms are immaculate, but the wellness floor is the showstopper. The indoor infinity pool overlooking London is extraordinary — I could have spent the whole stay there — and the spa facilities are superb, calm and spotless.
One thing worth sharing: the valet had a minor accident with our car during our stay. Accidents happen, even in the best run hotels, but what matters is the response. The valet came straight to us to let us know, the hotel handled it immediately, honestly and professionally, and everything is being dealt with without fuss. If anything, it gave me even more confidence in the place. Don't let it put you off.
Faultless staff, world-class facilities and a real sense that everyone wants you to have the best stay possible. We'll be back without question.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and proactive; special shout out to Alex at the concierge desk. The hotel, in general, is bar none the best hotel we've stayed at in London; great value for the money and perfect downtown location. Definitely will be back.
