Dirty, small and hot
Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the room, it was clear that it did not meet an acceptable standard. The room was extremely small and unbearably hot. Although there was a fan provided, it made little to no difference. The carpet was covered in stains and dirt, there were stains on the bed sheets and duvet, and there was also an unpleasant-looking stain on the wall. When I opened the curtains to let some fresh air in, I found they were stained as well.
We immediately reported these issues to reception and asked a member of staff to inspect the room. We were informed that no alternative rooms were available as the hotel was fully booked, so members of the housekeeping team came to clean the room instead. Unfortunately, communication was difficult as there was a language barrier, and the staff appeared visibly frustrated with one another, making the situation feel very uncomfortable.
We were told the room would be ready again in “three minutes.” However, we were left standing in the hallway for around 25 minutes in awkward silence alongside the receptionist while we waited. This delay almost caused us to be late for the concert we had travelled to attend.
Overall, the cleanliness of the room and the way this situation was handled fell well below our expectations and significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay.
Given the condition of the room on arrival and the inconvenience we experienced, we believe we are entitled to a partial refund or other appropriate compensation. We paid for a clean, comfortable room and did not receive the standard of accommodation we expected.
Sadly, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. We hope you will take this complaint seriously and respond with a fair resolution.

Working tv with lots of channels
Let us check in at 1am after a gig a Wembley which was good
One thing - the room was so so hot, couldn’t find any air con, woke up literally sweating but other than that, all good
