I have stayed several times while with work and find it excellent, the suites are fab and ideal with a separate living room section aswell as a small kitchen area. The only problem I have is the hotel seem to allow people to park anywhere they like, sometimes obstructing the way through and in disabled parking bays without displaying a blue badge.

A stylish stay

Very stylish conversion of former jute mill. Lots of neat designer touches in the very well appointed rooms. The height and styling of the old fsctory ceilings are exceptional. Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast in a large and relaxed dining space. Will defintely book here again on any future visit to Dundee.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. However we found the restaurant disappointing; service was slow, food came out late and tepid.

So good we lost a day's wages and booked a second night

My wife and I booked a night here to have a visit to Dundee,as our home town of Glasgow was too expensive(three times more at minimum for a standard room only)we paid for a King studio with breakfast which looked excellent value and we were more than impressed on arrival.
After a few hours here and in Dundee we both decided it was worth booking another night and losing a day's wages and taking a sick day off work.
I will put this in bullet points of pros and cons as this is turning into a story already.
Pros
Excellent room.
Big comfy solid bed.
Excellent wifi.
Good kitchen fridge area.
Pet friendly (if you have pets)
Less than ten minutes walk to city centre and good pubs and restaurants(we went.to Rishis indian restaurant 2 nights in a row it was so good).
Great breakfast with plenty of choice.
Small but decent gym.
First class staff that are very helpful.
Decent air conditioning and hardly any noise pollution on the room.
Modern smart tv you can seamlessly connect a firestick to and stream if you fancy a Netflix chill night.
Cons
Parking area has less spaces than there are rooms in the hotel possibly.
Special thanks to Kelsey and the young girl on reception who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
