From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Check in was quick and efficient, the receptionist explained everything clearly, the room was compact and just right, very clean including the bathroom. The lady at breakfast explained the self service and took our order for full English, which arrived in a minute and was excellent. All staff were really good and friendly. There is a shop nearby too. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

We had 5 rooms booked, unfortunately there was a wedding taking place the same evening and the wedding guests decided to continue their party through to 3am in the courtyard right outside the windows of three of our rooms. Terrible noise and no sleep.

The postcode MK43 0AL is not correct. It’s too far away from town. By the time when we checked in , the receptionist said they didn’t received my request for twin beds, and the main hotel is full already, so I have to change to the next building which has four floors ,have elevator. It looks like a student hall .When we opened the room door it’s already felt the heat inside, there was only one table fan and no windows can open. It was really hot specially having heat wave in UK now! After checked in left my baggage and we went out , Went back at 11pm , but the heat is still there. The whole night I cannot sleep, washed myself twice, because it was late , I didn’t went down to the reception asked for the Wi-Fi. In the morning when I check my phone ,it didn’t charge any electricity for the whole night long! What a disaster!!! We need the google map to go home . We went to the reception, asked for help. Luckily we meet Molly and she helped us to charge the phones at the office. For my opinion they should not send customers to stay at the top floor rooms without air-conditioning during the hot weather.

Lovely clean room, good ambient temperature despite the warm weather outside. Really quiet at night time so a good sleep was had. Would recommend to others

If staying over a weekend make sure you don’t need an early breakfast. Restaurant opens at 8. There is one that opens at 7.30 but that’s not always open. I paid for breakfast but because of timings I had go leave without. Still trying to get a refund.
