Rooms are clean and recently upgraded. The owner is easily contactable and serves you breakfast each morning. It's an older building but windows open to let in fresh air. Location is handy for Canterbury West station and sits near bus routes to town and Whitstable.

Short break-convenient location
Lisa was very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely. Room 7 at the front, could barely hear the road.
The room was very clean and there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was a full english, with toast and jam/marmalade, also yogurt and fruit available.
The b&b had been decorated for Christmas and it was lovely. A 10-15 min walk into Canterbury. Free parking on the driveway with 1 electric charge point if needed @ extra cost ( obviously).
Would definitely recommend.

Great spot. Convenient location. Friendly and obliging staff.
Our stay , while only overnight, was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bed enormous. The staff were obliging and came to fix a light late at night. The breakfast was table service in an ornate room. Very English. The beauty was that it was in the grounds of the cathedral, which we visited several times.
