Great Place to Visit

I’ve been visiting the Hilton Aberdeen TECA regularly for around seven years, and it has consistently been a great place to be.
The staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional, and the feeling of being part of their family is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Over the years, I’ve always found the team friendly and helpful, which makes each visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is modern, clean and well located, particularly for events at TECA. It’s become a place I’m very familiar with and will always be happy to return to, even if I don't go as often as I used to.
A big thank you to all the staff over the years. Highly recommended!

Yearly family pilgrimage

Back for our annual visit to the hotel. Lots of change in staff this year and it is noticeable in the service. On speaking with the staff it is clear the are new but working very hard at a busy time. Slow and chaotic service in the restaurant but food was a very high standard and still out favorite hotel in Aberdeen.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and for choosing Hilton Aberdeen TECA for your annual visit. We appreciate your honest feedback and are pleased to hear that, despite noticing a number of new team members this year, you found them to be working hard during a particularly busy period. While we are sorry to learn that service in the restaurant felt slow and at times chaotic, it is encouraging to know that you enjoyed the high standard of food and that we remain your favourite hotel in Aberdeen. Your comments are invaluable as we continue to support and develop our newer team members, and we look forward to welcoming you back again next year for an even better experience.
