We only stayed one night, but the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The room was immaculate and well looked after, and the location was ideal for what we needed.

Great location for seeing the city but in a neighborhood that offered lots of social/food options.
Nice room with a balcony and view of the city and castle.
Room size typical for city hotel.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to be central Lisbon.

Good hotel and a very rude intern.

An intern named Pedro, at the front desk, told me to be quiet in the rudest, most aggressive, and curt way when I dared to ask him a question, not realizing at first that he was not the person I should have addressed, but that does not justify the bad manners. I was so taken aback that I was not able to reply to him then, but it left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the stay. My room was not ready after the check-in start time. The workers in general seem absolutely uninterested in the customer. The cleaners bang the vacuum cleaner against the room doors during nap time. The bedding had stains. If I give it two stars it is because the hotel itself is very good, the rooms are comfortable and quiet and it is very well located. But it is a shame that one person's rudeness somehow ruins your stay. Good thing we only stayed one night. I will not return.

The check in was horrible. We understand that early check in is not always possible and appreciate the luggage storage but we were told the room would be ready by 3pm. We showed at 2:30pm, reception checked and said our room would be ready in 10 mins, then another 10 mins, like that for until almost 4:30pm. After a red eye flight, jet lag, the wait for an extra 90mins in the lobby was aggravating. I travel a lot and it is the first time an hotel have me wait over 1hr past check in time for a room.

Good hotel with some aspects to improve.

The hotel is not very close to the historic center, but it has a metro stop a block away. The area is very nice and safe.
We chose it because it had parking, and the parking was really spacious and comfortable.
We were on the 4th floor; the hallways need a little maintenance and lighting.
The room was just the right size, but some of the furniture lacked a bit of quality. However, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was as well, and the sheets and towels were of good quality.
The breakfast was a bit chaotic; the breakfast room is very small for the number of people that hotel accommodates. At a certain time, everyone from the tours would come down together, and there weren't enough tables; the staff couldn't keep up with replenishing both food items and dishes, cups, glasses, and spoons. There were only 2 coffee machines, which were very slow, and for that many people, it created endless lines.
The staff lost their patience, and sometimes they stopped replenishing; when something ran out, there simply wasn't any more. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, and we observed this every day during breakfast.
I would love to return to Lisbon, but I don't know if I would choose this hotel again because of the breakfast, which is very important to me.
