The hotel is located in a very convenient place to the train, ghetto, shopping. The rooms are great and the showers are powerful. You never want to get out. Coffee place downstairs was fast and had options. The top floor has a sky view. We had a great first night there. Service was great. Next night was a haute waitress who should never have been a waitress. Made the experience a hassle. I do recommend this hotel, though. Its conveniences and amenities far outweigh one person.

I spent 4 nights there and was very pleased with my stay. The location is as close to city center as you get it, with a shopping mall on the other side of the street.
The breakfast had a variety of things to chose from, easy access to both pool, casino and rooftop bar and just in general friendly staff. I’ll be back!

I recently stayed at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city and directly opposite the central train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around.My room was located on a high floor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the Warsaw skyline and the Palace of Culture and Science. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was perfectly clean. I also highly recommend visiting the Panorama Sky Bar on the 40th floor—the cocktails and the nighttime views are unforgettable! The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms nice breakfast Stuff efficient but a little offstandish which is normal for large hotels Well placed by the Central train station Hard Rock Cafe across the street, Old town 15 min by bus or 10 by Uber Airport 25 min by Uber

Poor quality for a 4/5 star hotel

While the location of the Warsaw Presidential Hotel is convenient, the overall guest experience falls incredibly short of standard hospitality practices. I strongly advise booking your stay at one of the many superior hotels nearby instead.My primary issue stems from their financial policy: the hotel enforces a mandatory 200 PLN card charge on every single customer at check-in, which is held until after departure. Given the scale of this property, withholding massive amounts of customer capital raises serious questions about their standard operating procedures and overnight interest collection.Furthermore, the service standards are highly inconsistent. The breakfast quality was poor, highlighted by completely unappetizing, runny scrambled eggs. The enforcement of rules is equally frustrating and hypocritical. I was barred from sitting in the coffee shop because I was wearing shorts and a robe, yet the staff completely ignored other guests dressed far more explicitly in see-through tops, short skirts, and vests. Logistically, the hotel also struggles; despite having six elevators, wait times to reach the upper floors are painfully slow.With so many phenomenal, high-end properties within walking distance, there is absolutely no reason to subject yourself to the double standards and frustrating management of this hotel. I will never stay here again."
