Excellent service and staff.
Rooms were nice and clean.- we have booked one single room and one family room for 2 nights stay.
Staff was very friendly and polite- from reception to cleaning staff and bar/ kitchen staff.
They are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service.
If we ever will need to stay in hotel in Rybnik we will be back to this one for sure!

Nice.
BREAKFAST : I wasn't sure if I was in the right place, it looked and felt like a banquet room. Coffee from the urn is terrible, dark, thick.....you could have paved a road with it.
Went down to get a cup of coffee to take to the room for my wife at 7.15, had to water it down with the hot tea water. ( Friends who were also staying there told me afterwards that they too had coffee shock but the nice lady had made them cappuccinos etc. from a machine in the back). I noticed a chafing dish with bacon and scrambled eggs and my tummy told me to return for that. After showering went back down and the chafing dish was gone ! Had to settle for cold boiled eggs. However, I am sure if I had gone in the pantry where the two charming ladies were working they would have brought me something, but we didn't have enough time for that.
Overall we were happy with a very short stay. Location is great...if you are driving don.t miss the entrance..........hint.....look for a red lit neon scrolling sign saying "Parking" with three red stars. ( BTW, parking is very convenient). It is no more than a five minute walk to the main square and a large shopping mall adjacent to the square.
Easy parking.
Would recommend coffee making facility in room.
Was told about a Greek Restaurant ,Santorini but couldn't get a reservation on the same day, evidently it is always packed so book in advance. Went to an American style restaurant instead that was very close by..see my review of Bizon Rybnik.

Great Hotel
Old world charm in a new looking hotel. They have their own parking lot. A new attached restaurant under construction.
Better than average breakfast.
Just 4 blocks from center.
