We're not, we're not coming back
The hotel is located on Mariacka, one of the most central streets in Katowice, it is new and. it would be clean if the cleaning service remembered to redo the rooms.
Let me explain: the hotel is clean, both the rooms and the common areas; the flaw is related to my experience.
Returning from a long day out of Katowice, around 10.30 pm, we realize that our room had not been made (unmade bed, uncleaned bathroom, unchanged towels). I go to the front desk right away to point it out and at least ask for clean wipes.
At reception I am told that it was a forgetfulness (erring humanum est... but in such a hotel, forgetting to redo a room is not tolerable).
The staff is not particularly empathetic, courteous yes but not particularly helpful (they apologized a bit 'for obligation for the inconvenience... or at least that was the impression).
Breakfast quite good, not. too rich but enough for both sweet and savory.
Again, however, there was a problem: the only machine for hot drinks was not working (except for coffee) and the manager of the room did not know what to do to fix it.
Again it is not tolerable in a 4*** hotel.
Excellent location within walking distance of everything.
Comfortable bed but we will not return here if we pass through Katowice again (which is extremely likely, we will prefer other solutions).

What a shame!
A nice hotel in a great location.
New, clean and pleasant in space!
But how do you forget to redo your room in four stars?
Returned after dinner we found unmade bed, basket not emptied... bathroom without clean linen and no water for the night.
In a 4-star hotel where the service is paid I would say that there is no justification, especially if the reception does not find it at all!
In the morning decent breakfast .. but even here, we will be unlucky, the cappuccino at the machine finishes dispensing. To the request to be able to serve one is proposed as the only solution an American coffee stretched with cold milk !
No well .. let's say that in Poland the Pure chain boasts the same stars .. but the planet is different ..
Too bad! Sorry also to do this review .
