5 stars, gorgeous apartment
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We found the location was perfect for us., just a lovely little stroll to the old town.Super clean apartment and the location was nice and quiet. There is a little corner shop just down from the apartment which was very handy.
Milk in the fridge for our arrival and coffee and tea in the room with extra available.
No need to take toiletries, the ones provided were lovely quality.
A good hairdryer (very rare) and straighteners are provided should you need them.
Lovely dressing gown and slippers to use and plenty of towels should you need more. Again usually you need to request more.
I would book to stay here again, Infact I would have liked to move in.
The hosts are amazing. We did message and they came straight back to us.
Now I am going home to decorate as this gorgeous apartment has left me inspired.

Perfect stay
Perfect stay perfect location we had the best time staying here for 4 nights owner was so helpful and friendly… we arrived early and were able to check in early with no bother meaning we could start to get out and explore sooner …. There was a hair dryer and straighteners here to use which was great … also nice touch was fluffy housecoats and slippers (which was great after a long day of walking) room was lovely big and so clean :-) check in and out was so simple … these apartments are in a perfect location 3/4 min walk to main square with all the bars and restaurants…

Perfect Apartment 5*
From the moment of arrival, after a very early morning and hours of travel we were greeted and offered an early check-in. Upon entering the room we was surprised at how spacious the apartment was, and spotlessly clean.
Anything you need, this place has . Robes , slippers , hair straighteners and a dryer , iron and also a fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks .
The location of the apartments is perfect , and less than a 5 min walk to the old town main square .
The staff was always on hand to help , both before and during the stay . This would be my first choice of accommodation for a return visit to krakow .

Choice of comfort-appreciating.
My review is uncommissioned, I write at the will of my heart;)
So, I travel a lot and often for work and for 15 years now I have been continuously observing different cities, hotels and apartments. I don't seem surprised anymore. But Aparthotel Bentis in Kraków surprised;) and without a doubt took the first place in my ranking. And it seemed to me that these apartments were designed for capricious young ladies;)
I've even decided to leave a review, although I rarely do.
Yes, the name of the hotel echoes the famous car make and the interior is accordingly styled, apparently Owner respects Bentley ;)
First, I want to say a big thank you to the owner of this place for thinking sincerely about his residents, not just making a profitable investment in downtown Krakow.
Now I'll briefly describe the Bentis Apartment Hotel.
Bentis is cunning and mysterious, it will tempt you and shower you with powdered sugar until you leave.. Bentis will give you a careful hand when you are one step away from falling face-first into a puddle and guard against the unnecessary hassle of a daily routine.
Location: downtown, good traffic interchange, quiet alley, a bunch of shops and cafes nearby, as well as the Old Town with castles and museums.
Reception: at night is not open, there are many different booklets and guidebooks, free coffee machine capsules, candy and 1.5 liter bottles of water. Take as much as you need, free of charge. Friends, have you seen anything free in hotels long ago? I don't, for every chocolate and bottle of water they charge a fair amount with a markup.
I hope you didn't take this information as a call to action to raid a freebie. Obviously, it's a last resort if you're out of it and it's nighttime.
Noise: Despite the fact that there is a tavern in the house, visitors throat strictly on schedule and very discreet. The sound of cars and trams can barely be heard. You can get some sleep and rest.
Room: classic, the floor retains the original parquet which squeaks at home, but the renovation is fresh, the furniture is new, and the bed is soft and comfortable with a new bed.
There is a kitchenette with electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge, dishes and microwave. There's cutlery and an opener.
Owner Benti probably traveled a lot himself because he knows what's important to a tired traveler and carefully puts milk, a couple of juice bottles and water in the fridge.. In a prominent place puts different varieties of coffee and tea, as well as paper towels. I almost burst into tears when I saw all these details of comfort so desired on long trips.
There's also very much needed stuff for women: an iron, an ironing board, a powerful quality hairdryer and... a shovel. Lord, you heard me;) and if I have to go back to Krakow, my suitcase will be much easier now.
But that's not all: the caring Owner put down the scissors and the clothes repair kit.
The bathroom has hygiene kits, a large bottle of good shower gel, soap, a shower hat and other trivia at the five-star hotel level. Lots of toilet paper and towels, as well as a terry robe and slippers...
The shower enclosure is small but comfortable and no water spills out! The shower nozzle is modern and different water supply modes can be adjusted. Water pressure is excellent, hot and cold water around the clock. There's no mold and lime. The booth has a shelf for shampoos and other little things, I gladly arranged different bottles and cans;) I hate putting my expensive care products on the floor.
All clean and well maintained.
Thank you, Owner of these magical apartments, for keeping me from feeling uncomfortable.
The room has a TV, air conditioning and competent lighting, plenty of storage space and a mirrored closet in the wardrobe:) Spoon for shoes and umbrellas in case of rain.
The apartment also has a washing room with washing and drying machines.
It's convenient to take garbage out in the backyard. Clean entrance. Quiet neighbours.
I found this place very decent, hotel level 5.* This place is definitely not for young people, but for life-experienced travelers who know the price of comfort and comfort, sincerity and care.

Perfect apartments for weekend break
Excellent family run apartments , 5 minute walk to the old town square where you will find lots bars and restaurants.
Spotlessly clean , comfy bed .
Robes , slippers and toiletries a lovely touch .
Great little kitchen with great facilities and a welcome pack to keep you going , including free bottled water for your stay .
