Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.

Upon checking in line is long and very disorganized. Received an email saying contact the caretaker Jillene with her phone number I've calling her saveral times but no answer and 3 minutes later she texted and said if I called. Decided to just text her for better communication but still no response after she messaged me if I called. After waiting for an hour we finally got the key to our room. When we got to our room, mop still inside the room and the bathroom and living room walls are moldy. Also, the place smells terrible. I would not stay at the place again even they offer for free stay.

The condo unit provided did not match the advertisement.
The ad described a "Family Condo with Lake View" with 2 double beds and a futon bed. However, the unit provided to us had only 1 double bed and a single pull-out bed.
The unit is located on the garden side, so it only see a partial view of the lake.
Additionally, the parking is a bit inconvenient for those with a car, especially if the unit owner does not have a reserved parking spot. You need to park in the open parking lot near the clubhouse, which is approximately 700 meters to 1 kilometer away from Tower 5. Parking is not free.
