Beautiful hotel complex with great sea views

Really a great seafront view (but without direct beach access) nice room and very friendly staff.

Not the hotel they advertise on Facebook and website! Marketing at its best, delivery of almost none of what said!

Whilst the rooms are very nice the false marketing on website is misleading as actually restaurants, bars and facility’s are closed or non existent!
1. There is no chairs or loungers by pools, 1 lounger and 3 chairs is all.
2. Vitalis Greek Taverna doesn’t exist, see pictures.
3. Scrumptious cocktails by pool doesn’t exist! See pictures
4. Veranda doesn’t exist, see pictures!
5. Macano bar…… only bar is in the single restaurant, Petra!
6. Oceanus doesn’t exist.
7. Well appointed kitchen in 2
Bedroom means there is a hob, microwave, kettle and refrigerator, no cups, glasses, plates etc.
8. Rusty manholes and a manhole at entrance to room just right for our kids foot to go down!
9. Tried to order from main resto to poolside, no pizza available, half cocktails not available!
10. Terraces in rooms have no chairs to sit on, just table.
10. P22k a night, absolute marketing scam on website and Facebook page!

Housekeeping and room issues

We rented two villas for the night, 4404 and 4405. While the place was nice and the staff, especially in the buffet area, were very kind, there were a few issues: the sliding door of the villa did not lock, there were cockroaches inside, and the bathroom shower tiles were slippery. I encountered a problem during checkout as well. Be cautious with the housekeeping staff member, Noriel, as he will hide the hand towels. I was charged 1,500 pesos for allegedly missing hand towels and stained towels.

What a letdown!

There are way better hotels than this when making your accommodation. There is no running water in the visitors area/comfort rm.
You have to use pail to flush the toilet after using it. Need to have a better management to maintain this hotel up to par.

Shower does not work. Water pressure is so weak

All was fine and excellent until the shower and toilet ran out of water. We never had the luxury of taking showers during our stay. The water pressure was so weak that even flushing the toilet bowls is a challenge. Had my sister complain at the reception and was told that maintainance will check on it. In the meantime, I requested for a pail and dipper just to be able to flush the toilet bowl. We even had to take showers at the poolside public shower area after swimming so that we can just wash our hair when at our room.
