Old but cozy

An old hotel but well maintained and big rooms. The hotel is well maintained and located in the center of dagupan city, alot food resto to choice from with the vicinity. Rooms were clean and big can accomodate big family. Aircon was cold has a ref and tv inside the room. A value for your money. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for improvement

The good things about this hotel are the following:
- Good location (near everything)
- Big (enough) rooms
- Attentive staff
- Parking/Wi-fi/Cable TV are available
- Cheap rates
The not-so-good things are the following:
- No breakfast, no restaurant in hotel
- Faulty room door locks
- Rooms are not sound-proof so street noise is really bothersome. (Woken up 3x the first night by the sounds of motorcycles and tricycles racing down the road.)
- Small TV sets in the room (c'mon, all other hotels are using 32-inch TVs)
- Low water pressure at times (causes the toilet tank to make strange noises)
Would recommend that you try other hotels if you can't live with their shortcomings. There's plenty of room here for improvement.

Never again...

I stayed in Hotel Le Duc for one night as recommended by a friend and I swear I will never stay in this hotel again. The experience still haunts. It’s not because the hotel was ugly or the staff were rude but because of its location. I booked a de luxe room which was facing the very busy main road. As such, I can hear vehicles from the outside the entire night making it difficult to sleep. I stayed awake the whole night!
I also feel disappointed that the hotel does not have any restaurant, stay does not include breakfast, and they don't even provide complimentary bottled water. Internet service in the hotel was also poor.
If there’s anything I appreciate about the hotel is that it's near banks, food establishments, 7-11, and public vehicles.

Cozy, Value for Money, Good service!!!

We checked in 2 days ago for an overnight stay. It's clean, quiet and very accessible. Lobby has somewhat peppermint scent. Reserved rooms are available. We had no problem checking in. Staff is very friendly. We were even allowed to view other rooms. A/C is okay. T&B is clean, with good water pressure. All the basic necessities I need like soft pillows and clean blankets. Downside is, limited open parking right in front of the hotel but there is a night duty guard at the hotel entrance. Wifi is also slow as we were on the 3rd floor. It is located right beside Lyceum. They also do not have a restaurant but there is a panciteria nearby (Rubi's) which also sells siopao, and good lumpiang shanghai, breads and snacks. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable and convenient...

stayed a nite before heading to baguio... location is just along the main road & 7-11 is just opposite... it has got many rooms & a radio broadcast station inside! room is clean & comfy... basic amenities but no coffee facilities... staffs are frenly & attentive... good stay...
